  Cancellation

  1. In case of cancellation, the guest pays a fee to the entrepreneur. This fee amounts to: Cancellation: -more than 3 months before arrival, 15% of the rental amount -between 3 and 2 months before arrival, 50% of the rental amount -between 2 and 1 month before arrival, 75% of the rental amount -within 1 month before the start date, 90% of the rental amount -on the day of arrival, 100% of the rental amount
  2. The fee will be refunded proportionally after deduction of reservation costs. If the accommodation is reserved for the same period and for a comparable rental amount by a third party proposed by the guest and with the entrepreneur’s written consent, this will be settled in the final statement of the original agreement.   3. If the guest has not arrived within 24 hours after the agreed date without further notice, this will be regarded as a cancellation and the accommodation will be made available for rent.
• Payment information

  1. The guest must make payments in euros, unless otherwise agreed, in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
  2. 35% of the total price must be paid within 14 days after booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the arrival date.
  3. For bookings within 8 weeks before the arrival date, the total price must be paid immediately.
  4. Expenses incurred during the stay must be settled before departure.
  5. Amounts that have not yet been credited to the entrepreneur’s account upon arrival at the park must be paid on the spot, unless the guest can provide written proof of payment.
