Grandeur Chalet - 6 persons

Fantastic surroundings, a beautiful and well-designed campground. The pool was cold, but wonderfully refreshing.

Beautiful view from the chalet we rented. However, there’s much less privacy than we’d like. The chalets are very close together, and you can literally hear every conversation from everyone else sitting outside. You’re also not exactly out of sight.
The chalet we rented (Bellevue 4) is very small, but it works just fine for the two of us. A few … simple things would make the stay even more pleasant. Something like a few simple egg cups, for example. And to really bring the place up to date, a small Smart TV would be nice. The little TV that’s there is outdated. Read more Show less

Beautiful accommodations and grounds. A perfect base for e-bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, and hiking. The restaurant serves good food, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The campground's restrooms are starting to look a bit dated. But the view is amazing.

If you just love nature and peace and quiet, then it’s a really great park. Cleanliness is good here. Unfortunately, our expectations weren’t met. There’s no more children’s entertainment because the Dutch don’t have school breaks like they do in North Rhine-Westphalia. They should have made that clear on the main page. The playgrounds are … great, as is the outdoor pool. That’s all kids can use for free. But in the long run, it gets boring for a child.
Unfortunately, we’re right next to the workshop, where it gets pretty loud starting at noon, which is extremely annoying. So for us, this isn’t the place. For a weekend, sure. But for a week with a child, unfortunately not. Read more Show less
