The Bos Lodge features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom, and a separate toilet – ideal for comfort and privacy. The living room is bright and open, with a cozy sitting area, flatscreen TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances such as a combination microwave, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, boiling water tap, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and dishwasher.     1. In case of cancellation, the holiday maker shall pay a compensation to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:

    • In case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price;

    • for cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within one month before the starting date, 90% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation on the day of the starting date, 100% of the agreed price.

    1. The remuneration shall be proportionately refunded, after deduction of administration costs, in the event that the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the consent of the entrepreneur, for the same period or part thereof.
