With four spacious bedrooms, three modern bathrooms (two of which are ensuite), and three toilets, this villa offers plenty of privacy and convenience for larger groups. The stylishly furnished living room has a warm feel with a leather wall, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The open kitchen is fully equipped with luxury appliances, including a combination microwave, 4-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, boiling water tap, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and dishwasher. Thanks to the large windows, the interior is beautifully bright. Outside awaits a large, partially covered terrace, perfect for long evenings at the table or a quiet moment with a view of the forest.

    1. In case of cancellation, the holiday maker shall pay a compensation to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:

    • In case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price;

    • for cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within one month before the starting date, 90% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation on the day of the starting date, 100% of the agreed price.

    1. The remuneration shall be proportionately refunded, after deduction of administration costs, in the event that the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the consent of the entrepreneur, for the same period or part thereof.
