    1. In case of cancellation, the holiday maker shall pay a compensation to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:

    • In case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price;

    • for cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within one month before the starting date, 90% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation on the day of the starting date, 100% of the agreed price.

    1. The remuneration shall be proportionately refunded, after deduction of administration costs, in the event that the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the consent of the entrepreneur, for the same period or part thereof.

    I had initially given the park a 4-star rating as my stay was really nice. Unfortunately, however, the billing department seems to be incompetent, so that my relaxation from my vacation is now being ruined by this department afterwards. I cannot recommend a visit to this vacation park.

    Ich hatte zunächst eine 4-Sterne Bewertung für den Park abgegeben, da mein Aufenthalt wirklich schön war. Leider scheint die Rechnungsabteilung aber unfähig zu sein, sodass meine Erholung aus dem Urlaub nun im Nachgang durch diese Abteilung kaputt gemacht wird. Ich kann keine Empfehlung für einen Besuch in diesem Ferienpark abgeben.

    Nice campsite. The kids had a great time in the pool and indoor playground. The pool itself is not much but the kids really liked it. Just a pity that electric scooters are still allowed. (And yes they drive a lot, hard and dangerous) there are also many seasonal places where you are the only Dutchman between the Germans. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the surroundings are beautiful. Perhaps it is also time to address the toilet buildings, these can not really more

    Leuke camping. De kinderen hebben zich erg vermaakt in het zwembad en binnenspeeltuin. Het zwembad stelt opzich niet heel veel voor maar de kinderen vonden het echt leuk. Alleen jammer dat er nog elektrische steps mogen rijden. (en ja die rijden er veel,hard en gevaarlijk) ook zijn er veel seizoens plekken waar je als enige Nederlander tussen de Duitsers staat. Het personeel is verder heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de omgeving is schitterend. Misschien wordt het ook eens tijd om de toiletgebouwen een aan te pakken, deze kunnen eigenlijk ook niet meer

    We were there on the 1st May weekend for 3 days, per day/night 71€ for motorhome and two persons. My expectations were high for the price. We were on pitch no. 432 which was supposedly converted to a comfort pitch. When we arrived I was a bit shocked as the place was neither well maintained nor greened, the road was filled with RCL (recycling) which was even higher than the pitches so that when it rained the water ran from the road to the pitches so that everyone had a lake in front of the tents / motorhome as there was no proper drainage. This is the one disadvantage of RCL the second when dry, dust pollution extremely high even the employees of the place drive by with their electric golf carts so fast that everything and I mean everything is dusty. If you point out to them that it's too dusty when they drive past so fast, they just laugh and keep going. 3 Disadvantage of RCL you find all kinds of dangerous objects broken glass, screws, bolts and even rebar were found not to mention the plastic part, something that does not belong on a campsite in my opinion. The other plots that you could see corresponded to a campsite as you imagine it and is also recommended. Offers for families with children are also recommended.

    Waren am 1 Mai Wochenende dort für 3 Tage, pro Tag/Nacht 71€ für Wohnmobil und Zwei Personen . Meine Erwartungen waren dem Preis entsprechend hoch. Wir standen auf Platz Nr 432 was angeblich auf Komfortplatz umgebaut wurde . Als wir ankamen traf mich ein wenig der Schock , da der Platz weder gepflegt noch begrünt war, Straße war mit RCL ( Recycling) aufgefüllt diese war auch noch höher als die Stellplätze so das bei Regen das Wasser von der Straße zu den Stellplätzen lief Sodas alle ein See vor den Zelten / Wohnmobil hatten da kein vernünftiger Ablauf vorhanden. Das ist der eine Nachteil von RCL der zweite wenn trocken , Staub Belastung extrem hoch selbst die Angestellten vom Platz fahren mit Ihren Elektro Golfcarts so schnell vorbei das alles und ich meine alles vollstaubt. Wenn man Sie drauf hinweist das es zu sehr staubt wenn Sie so schnell vorbei fahren lachen sie nur und geben weiter Gas. 3 Nachteil von RCL man findet alles möglichen an gefährlichen Gegenständen Glasscherben , Schrauben , Bolzen und sogar Bewehrungstahl wurden gefunden vom Plastikanteil ganz zu schweigen, sowas gehört nicht auf einen Campingplatz meiner Meinung nach. Die anderen Parzellen was man so sehen konnte entsprachen einen Campingplatz wie man sich es vorstellt und ist auch zu empfehlen . Angebote für Familien mit Kindern ist auch zu empfehlen.
