Hiking on the Mookerheide

A 10-minute walk from the houseboats in Limburg is the Mookerheide. Formerly a battleground on several occasions, but nowadays a beautiful nature reserve with vast heathlands, a hilly landscape and beautiful forests. Castles in the area

    The houseboat is luxuriously furnished, fully equipped, and everything is clean and in good condition. The surroundings and the view are fantastic. You can spend hours watching the ducklings swim, grebes fish, and even the occasional beaver. We rented a SUP and a boat for a day; everything was arranged perfectly and with a friendly touch. The rooftop terrace and the hot tub really top off the luxurious experience!

    De woonboot is luxe ingericht, zeer compleet en alles is schoon en heel. De omgeving en het uitzicht zijn fantastisch. Je kan uren kijken naar de zwemmende eendjes, vissende futen, en zelfs een sporadische bever. Nog een sup gehuurd, en een dagje een boot; alles prima en vriendelijk geregeld. Het dakterras en de hottub maken de luxe beleving helemaal af!

    We had a houseboat with a direct view of the lake for the two of us and our dog. This was our first houseboat vacation and we liked it very much, we were also lucky with the weather for the most part, although it got chilly in the evening. With some negative comments you can only shake your head, just badly informed. We will definitely be back again.

    Wir hatten ein Hausboot mit direktem Seeblick für und Zwei und Hund. Das war unser erster Hausboot Urlaub und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, hatten mit dem Wetter auch größtenteils Glück obwohl es Abends schon frisch wurde. Bei einigen Negativen Kommentaren kann man auch nur mit dem Kopf schütteln , schlecht informiert halt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall noch einmal wieder.
