    It is for us the 2nd time at Green Resort beautiful Bemelen a fantastic environment Maastricht and Valkenburg on small distance the cottages are beautiful and look neat and the park is beautifully decorated around the holidays is definitely a must we will definitely return

    We booked from Friday to Monday and left on Sunday morning. There's a lot to tell, but I'll summarize it briefly. Pure disappointment. Not clean (showers, dishes in the cupboard, urine not rinsed off, on a first-name basis with silverfish. At the front door it says ...pets not allowed....think about allergies.....we were there with our Aussie). No supermarket, bus connection .... bus always full, cab recommendation from reception.... catastrophe.....finally booked an Uber, on our own initiative. Front door can only be locked with a code. Door can then be opened from the inside. And our dog opens doors. Help from reception.....nada. Obviously there was a lock for the physical key. This is often the case in other parks, but then you get the right key on request and by paying a deposit. Here they were not prepared to do anything with the statement that they no longer had any keys.....Ah well, save it as an experience and book Roompot or Center Park again next time.

    Wir haben von Freitag bis Montag gebucht und sind Sonntag morgen schon wieder gefahren. Es gibt vieles zu erzählen, aber ich fasse es kurz zusammen. Enttäuschung pur. Nicht sauber (Duschen, Geschirr im Schrank, Urin nicht abgespült, mit Silberfischen auf du und du. An der Haustür steht ...Haustier nicht gestattet....denke an Allergien.....wir waren mit unserem Aussie da.) Kein Supermarkt, Busanbindung ....Bus immer voll, Taxiempfehlung von der Rezeption....Katastrophe.....letztendlich einen Uber gebucht, auf eigen Initiative. Haustürveriegelung nur mit Code möglich. Türe lässt sich dann aber von innen öffnen. Und unser Hund öffnet Türen. Hilfe von der Rezeption.....nada. Offensichtlich war aber ein Schloss für den physischen Schlüssel vorhanden. In anderen Parks ist das oft auch so, da bekommt man dann aber auf Nachfrage und stellen einer Kaution den richtigen Schlüssel. Hier war man zu garnichts bereit mit der Aussage man habe keine Schlüssel mehr.....Ach ja, abspeichern als Erfahrung und beim nächsten mal wieder Roompot oder Center Park buchen.

    Nice park and a nice and clean cottage beds were already made. I was there because it is close to Valkenburg few minutes by car. For me it is worth repeating.
