Vakantiepark Leukermeer is highly appreciated for its beautiful waterside location and extensive children's facilities, particularly the pumptrack, animation team and swimming pools. Guests praise the friendly staff, restaurants and numerous play and sports opportunities. Areas for improvement mainly concern the hygiene of the sanitary facilities, which despite their modern appearance are regularly experienced as insufficiently clean. The price-quality ratio and maintenance of pitches are also mentioned as points for improvement.

    We explored the park on foot. At first glance, it seemed very inviting. The small supermarket was well-stocked; luckily, its hours didn’t match the ones listed online, so we were still able to stock up on groceries at 6:45 p.m. The park was quite busy; the outdoor pool was absolutely packed, with many children and teenagers still using that area at that time of day. The kids’ disco was also well-attended. During the day, there were lots of stand-up paddleboards out on the water, and the beach was pretty crowded, too. The marina was nice to look at, and there were no open spots. There were several activities offered both in the water and on land. In my opinion, the facility is too big, too crowded, and too loud—you were constantly bombarded with announcements and music.
    My conclusion: If you enjoy being around lots of people and need plenty of action, you’ll be in good hands here.

    Wir haben uns den Park fussläufig angeschaut. Er wirkte im ersten Moment sehr ansprechend. Der kleine Supermarkt war gut ausgestattet, zum Glück stimmten die Öffnungszeiten nicht mit den Öffnungszeiten im Internet überein so konnten wir uns noch mit Lebensmittel um 18.45Uhr eindecken. Der Park war recht gut besucht, das Outdoorschwimmbecken total voll, viele Kinder und Jugendliche nutzen noch um diese Zeit diesen Bereich. Die Kinderdisco wurde ebenfalls gut angenommenen. Tagsüber waren viele Stand up Paddelboards unterwegs und der Strand war auch recht voll. Der Yachthafen war nett anzuschauen und es gab keine Lücken. Es wurden einige Aktivitäten im Wasser und an Land angeboten. Für mein Empfinden ist die Anlage zu groß, zu viele Menschen, zu Laut man wurde auch mit Durchsagen , Musik beschallt.
    Mein Fazit: Wer gerne unter vielen Menschen ist und viel Action benötigt ist hier gut aufgehoben.
