    We had a bad experience with this park. Directly opposite our bedroom was house 480. Here was a big party going on with lots of people and loud music (loud bass). Until 11 o'clock no problem. After that until 0200 hours it was a problem as we had to get up early. 5 x called the park and nothing was done. I went there myself and was told to keep my mouth shut (in German). On Friday Europarcs called us with the message that the security had found NO nuisance. We found this very special. We would be called back but unfortunately this did not happen. Afterwards I regret that I have not filmed but that is now too late. For us the 1st and last time at this park.

    Wij hadden een slechte ervaring met dit park. Direct tegenover onze slaapkamer lag huis 480. Hier was een groot feest aan de gang met heel veel mensen en harde muziek (harde bass). Tot een uur of 11 geen probleem. Daarna tot 0200 uur was het wel een probleem aangezien we vroeg op moesten. 5 x met het park gebeld en er werd niets mee gedaan. Zelf er heen gegaan en toen kreeg ik te horen dat ik mijn mond moest houden (in het Duits). Op vrijdag gebeld door Europarcs met de mededeling dat de beveiliging GEEN overlast geconstateerd had. Dit vonden we heel bijzonder. We zouden nog teruggebeld worden maar dit is helaas niet gebeurd. Achteraf jammer dat ik het niet gefilmd heb maar dat is nu te laat. Voor ons de 1e en tevens laatste keer op dit park.

    Unfortunately, the cottage was dirty upon entering. It stank tremendously and when we arrived it was 36 degrees inside... the WiFi did not work until the day after arrival and the reception is only available for a short time.

    Helaas was het huisje vies bij betreden. Het stonk enorm en toen we aankwamen was het 36 graden binnen.. de WiFi werkte pas de dag na aankomst en de receptie is maar kort bereikbaar.

    Enjoyed!!! 3 days before departure we got a call that the chalet we had booked was not suitable for stay due to a technical defect, we got a free upgrade to a 12 person villa. Best to do with the four of us! Upon arrival we were very kindly received at the reception, we were a little too early but could use early check in and thus right into the house. Afternoon breakfast ordered the next morning 9:00 to pick up at the reception, fresh buns and plenty of toppings. After we broke down in the reeds with our own sailing boat we were rescued within 15 minutes by the man from the boat rental. Nice, clean and tidy beach on the water with defined swimming area. Laundry available. Comfortable stay as far as cottage 304 is concerned, only point of attention before you book (to avoid having to use the age-old "yes but I didn't know that"); in the summer you will get hot as there is no air conditioning, in the May vacation it was fine. In short, enjoy the service with a smile, Europarcs in Brabant!

    Genoten! 3 dagen voor vertrek werden we gebeld dat het door ons geboekte chalet wegens een technisch mankement niet geschikt was voor verblijf, we kregen gratis een upgrade naar een 12 persoons villa. Best te doen met z’n vieren! Bij aankomst zijn wij zeer vriendelijk ontvangen bij de receptie, we waren iets te vroeg maar konden gebruik maken van early check in en zodoende gelijk het huisje in. ‘S middags ontbijt besteld wat de volgende ochtend 9:00 af te halen was bij de receptie, verse broodjes en genoeg beleg. Nadat we met pech met onze eigen zeilboot in het riet waren beland werden we, na 1 belletje naar de receptie, binnen 15min gered door de man van de boot verhuur. Leuk, schoon en net strand aan het water met afgebakend zwemgedeelte. Wasserette voorhanden. Comfortabel verblijf wat huisje 304 betreft, enige aandachtspunt voordat je gaat boeken(om het oeroude ‘ja maar dat wist ik niet’ niet te hoeven gebruiken); in de zomer ga je het wel warm krijgen aangezien er geen airco aanwezig is, in de Meivakantie was het goed toeven. Kortom, genieten door de service met een glimlach, Europarcs op z’n Brabants!
