Berkel 6 is a spacious chalet with a contemporary and attractive interior. The detached chalet is on the ground floor and suitable for 6 persons. The living area is furnished with a cosy sitting area with television, a dining area and a kitchen with an induction cooker, dishwasher and Nespresso Professional Machine (capsules for this are only available at the reception).     Beautiful location with lots of different playgrounds. The staff is friendly. We had a cottage with air conditioning; unfortunately, it turned out not to be standard air conditioning but a self-regulating system (they should have mentioned this in advance, since I had paid extra for it). There’s plenty to do outside the park (various amusement parks). I’ll definitely be back!

    Mooie locatie met veel verschillende speeltuinen. Het personeel is vriendelijk. We hadden een huisje met airco helaas bleek het geen standaard airco te zijn maar 1 die zelf regulerend was( dit had wel van te voren gezegd mogen worden want ik had extra betaald). Er is genoeg te doen buiten het park (verschillende attractieparken). Ik kom zeker terug!

    At first glance, the property makes a nice impression. Unfortunately, when it’s very hot outside, the vacation homes are almost unbearable without air conditioning. The 300-euro security deposit was withheld due to alleged damage to the couch; a clogged sink was also reported the day after we moved in, but no one came to check it after three days.

    Die Anlage macht auf den ersten Blick einen schönen Eindruck. In den Ferienhäusern ist es bei starker Außentemperatur leider ohne Klima kaum auszuhalten. Die Kaution von 300 Euro wurde wegen angeblicher Beschädigung der Couch einbehalten, auch ein verstopftes Waschbecken wurde nach Einzug am darauffolgenden Tag gemeldet und nach 3 Tagen nicht danach geschaut

    A lovely park in Kaatsheuvel, very close to Tilburg, and also convenient if you’d like to visit Efteling.
    There’s a wide selection of cottages to choose from. Lots of green space, indoor and outdoor pools, and dining options—be sure to book early if you’d like to take advantage of these amenities.

    Fijn park in Kaatsheuvel, dicht in de buurt van Tilburg, ook handig als je eventueel naar de Efteling zou willen.
    Zeer veel keuze in diverse huisjes. Veel groen, binnen en buiten zwembad en horeca, wel optijd reserveren als je daar gebruik van zou willen maken.

    I spent 5 days here with my granddaughter when temperatures were well over 30°. The cottage we’d booked was very hot. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful in finding us a more suitable cottage. I looked at 3 cottages, and in the end we got one with air conditioning. I only had to pay a €50 change fee.
    Anyway, back to the park. I love it—it’s pretty quiet. It’s also very beautifully landscaped. Our cottage was on the “Gnome Trail.” Highly recommended. It’s not a subtropical water park, but it’s perfectly fine—both indoors and outdoors. You do have to bring your own food and drinks, though, because you couldn’t buy anything there. Maybe they do during peak season? The fruit shop (among other things) across the street was nice—a little outing in itself. There’s a mini-supermarket with fresh rolls and juice—self-service. There’s also a small, air-conditioned indoor play area.

    Ik was hier 5 dagen met een kleindochter met temperaturen van ruim boven 30°. Het geboekte huisje was erg warm. De dames van de receptie hielpen goed om ons aan een meer geschikt huisje te helpen. Ik heb 3 huisjes gezien en uiteindelijk hadden we een huisje met airco. Ik hoefde alleen €50 wijzigingskosten te betalen.
    Maar goed het gaat over het park. Ik hou ervan, vrij rustig. Erg mooi aangelegen ook met beplanting. Ons huisje lag aan het kabouterpad. Aanrader. Geen subtropisch zwemparadijs maar helemaal prima. Binnen en buiten. Wel zelf eten en drinken meenemen want je kon er niets kopen. Misschien in hoogseizoen wel? Leuk de (oa) fruitwinkel aan de overkant. Een uitje opzich. Mini supermarkt met verse broodjes en sap, zelfbediening. Kleine gekoelde binnenspeelruimte.
