Заселились. В номере не прям чисто было и очень холодно. Нужно было ждать порядка 4 часов чтоб нагрелся дом. Начиная со второго дня пребывания у нас перестал работать интернет. История долгая, повторялось каждый день. Ответ на ресепшен: Приносим извинения, мы оставим заявку и мастер прийдёт и сделает. Это бестолку. Пишу отзыв на текущий момент. С 31.10 с 15:00 ориентировочно нет интернета и до сих пор. Здесь на ваш отдых и комфорт плевать. К нам каждый через день ходит мастер и делает интернет, толку вообще 0 - немного работает и опять перестаёт. Так же у вас в номере нет стиральной машины, зато есть посудомоечная машина ( больше минус, чем плюс). Отопительные батареи нормально не работают, постоянно нужно повышать температуру, т.к. утром просыпаешься и тебе действительно холодно. В комнате на полках пыль. О, и самое интересное - мусор нужно выносить на парковку возле ресепшена. Это полнейший бред. Нужно идти ±500 метров чтоб выбросить мусор. И да, я так же бы поставил меньше звезду если можно было бы

Good location near the Efteling, nice (but very dirty) cottages. Service definitely left something to be desired. In our cottage an unsafe distribution plug started melting late at night. Fortunately, we were still awake and noticed that there was no more internet, which is how we discovered the melted distribution plug. This did not cause the electricity to go out, so this could have had potentially very serious consequences for us and our children who were sleeping. We reported this to the park and received absolutely no understanding response to this, on the contrary. We are very disappointed in the management of this park that clearly does not value customer satisfaction and safety. Moreover, the cottage was very dirty, the vacuum cleaner did not work because it was completely clogged by dirt and hair. Absolutely recommend this park, despite its fine location.

Nice and neat vacation park, friendly staff, adequate facilities and nice restaurant.

We stayed at the vacation park for 4 nights this week and were actually completely satisfied. We had a parking space right next to our house and were therefore always on the move quickly. The vacation home was divided as follows: Living room/kitchen: dining table and four chairs, sofa, two armchairs and TV. Bedroom 1: Two single beds and four small wall cupboards Bedroom 2: One double bed and one closet Bathroom: Large washbasin with vanity unit (2 drawers and hairdryer), a large shower with hand shower and rain shower head and a towel dryer Separate WC with small washbasin. Underfloor heating was installed in every room in the house, except for the bathroom and WC. The underfloor heating could be switched on and controlled individually in each room. As a tip, don't be surprised it takes a while for the underfloor heating to heat up and it may be better to set it a little cooler, as 25°C is very warm in the living room. For us personally, it was very warm in the bedrooms despite the heating being switched off, so that condensation formed on the window panes every morning. The entertainment team was always very friendly and can answer questions in different languages. The activities that were offered were all very funny. We had signed up for bingo and the "fox hunt". In the fox hunt, we had to "catch" 4 runaway patients in the park and give them medicine so that they could be cured. The patients moved freely around the park and we had to walk through the entire park at least once within 45 minutes. In general, we can say that the vacation park has a very good price-performance ratio and we can therefore recommend it.
