Summary created out of 115 reviews
The park boasts a fantastic location directly in the dunes with the beach just a few minutes' walk away. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff at reception, as well as the peaceful, natural atmosphere of the park. The accommodations are generally spacious and modernly furnished, with good amenities such as a dishwasher in the kitchen. However, several guests report serious issues with cleanliness, including dirty windows, insufficiently cleaned bathrooms, and dust under beds. There are also complaints about worn and broken terrace furniture, uncomfortable beds, poor wifi, and prices that are too high in relation to the quality offered. The nearby racetrack causes noise disturbance during the day.

The value for money here is absolutely terrible.
Our house was dirty, damaged in places, had mold in some areas, and, in my opinion, was poorly designed.
Despite pleasant outdoor temperatures, the houses get extremely hot inside and don’t really cool down even with the windows open, which significantly affects comfort. Furthermore, you can’t properly darken the bedrooms, which is a problem especially with small children (nap time).
You also miss having a sunshade or a canopy; depending on the location and time of day, you get completely roasted on the terraces. The large windows (made of cheap glass) let the heat pour relentlessly into the interior. The bathrooms are tiny—so cramped that you can barely move around in them—and very poorly lit.
The rain pounds so loudly on the roof that it’s hard to have a conversation or get any sleep.
On the plus side, there’s a nice playground, a modern indoor play area, and the location.
We paid well over 300 euros per night. In Austria, for that price, you’d get a 4-star hotel suite, including breakfast, a heated pool, a sauna area, and all sorts of other amenities (e.g., coffee, drinks, etc.).
Since we made a conscious decision to pay this price for a vacation home in the Netherlands, we expected that the issues mentioned above wouldn’t be a problem. For this price, you expect a meticulously maintained home that’s designed and built so you can truly enjoy your vacation!

Beautiful, cozy bungalows in a secluded, quiet neighborhood. There’s a small supermarket where you can get fresh rolls in the morning. Everything is within walking distance: the beach, restaurants, bars, and a larger supermarket. And Amsterdam is just a 30-minute ride away by public transportation. We’ve been here twice now and would love to come back.

Schöne, gemütliche Bungalows in abgetrennter, ruhiger Siedlung.
