Wspaniałe miejsce na odpoczynek. Domki są wyposażone we wszystko, co trzeba. Około 200 metrów do Plaży, która jest nieziemska-bajka. Niedaleko jest miasto Haarlem, tam trzeba się liczyć z cenami, sä zabójczo zawyżone, o Parkingach nie wspomnę.

I have my doubts about the value for money!!!

We stayed here for 10 days in September 2026 (House 57). The front windshield has a very large crack (we were told at the front desk that other houses have this too), the windshield seal is hanging down, all the tables are warped, a drawer in the fridge has broken off, there are no cushions for … the plastic chairs on the terrace, and there are no lounge chairs anywhere on the property. The windows are absolutely filthy, as if they’re only cleaned once a year. Urine stains on the bedding and other unidentifiable stains… simply disgusting!!!
For a house meant for 4–6 people, I expect more than 3 soup plates, 4 regular plates, and one cereal bowl!!!

Some friends of ours were staying in the house across the street. Rain was leaking through the ceiling. They reported this immediately to the “emergency phone number,” but no one came. We stayed 3 days longer, and so far, no one has taken care of it.

In September 2026, we paid €1,600 for the 4–6-person house. For the same period in 2027, the same house is supposed to cost €2,920!?!?!?! On what grounds???
To me, this is just a money-grabbing scheme, and it doesn’t matter how run-down the houses are presented.

The location was great for us!!! (For guys: the Circuit opens at 9:00 a.m., and you’re greeted each morning by the roar of V8, V10, and V12 engines.) Read more Show less

All in all, it’s a very nice place to vacation, but the bathroom and toilet are very, very small, the bed linens weren’t changed even once during the two weeks, and we rented three e-bikes for a total of 306€ for five days—which is already pretty steep—but then you can’t even get them recharged? What a rip-off for that price! Nowhere did it say … you couldn’t recharge them—why not? I guess you can just charge them at home, right? Then there’s the temperature: when it’s 20 outside, it’s 30–35 inside. The windows face the side where people are walking by all day long, so opening them at night isn’t a solution either—it’s really a terrible design, so I’m definitely, definitely not spending any more money here—I’d rather stay at an Airbnb for a fraction of the price where you have an entire apartment. We went during the Formula 1 weekend.
It was well organized with a drive-through pass, so we didn’t have to wait anywhere or get stuck in traffic.
Nice cottages.

There was a lot of noise at night from nearby beach clubs with parties; the cottage wasn't clean, and the bed wasn't made. Not recommended. We went home early.
