    We had been looking forward to a cozy getaway in a Tiny Lodge, but we were bitterly disappointed. Unfortunately, the term “cozy” doesn’t even come close—old and run-down describes the condition of the lodging much better.
    ​Here are the main issues with our stay:
    ​Furniture in poor condition: The couch in the living area was completely torn and did absolutely nothing to make you want to linger.
    ​Poor hygiene & wear and tear: Everything looked neglected, worn out, and simply not clean.
    ​Safety hazard in the bathroom: The absolute highlight—in a negative sense—was the bathroom floor. It was so dilapidated and unstable that it was on the verge of collapsing. With every step, you were afraid you’d fall straight through to the floor below.
    ​Absolutely unacceptable for the price, and due to the floor, even a real safety hazard. Not recommended—you’re better off looking for something else!

    Wir hatten uns auf eine gemütliche Auszeit in einer Tiny Lodge gefreut, wurden aber bitter enttäuscht. Der Begriff „gemütlich“ trifft es leider überhaupt nicht – alt und ranzig beschreibt den Zustand der Unterkunft deutlich besser.
    ​Hier die Hauptmängel unseres Aufenthalts:
    ​Möbel in schlechtem Zustand: Die Couch im Wohnbereich war komplett eingerissen und lud absolut nicht zum Verweilen ein.
    ​Mangelnde Hygiene & Abnutzung: Alles wirkte ungepflegt, abgewohnt und einfach nicht sauber.
    ​Sicherheitsrisiko im Bad: Das absolute Highlight im negativen Sinne war der Badezimmerboden. Dieser war so marode und instabil, dass er kurz vor dem Einbrechen stand. Man hatte bei jedem Schritt Angst, gleich eine Etage tiefer zu landen.
    ​Für das Geld absolut inakzeptabel und aufgrund des Bodens sogar ein echtes Sicherheitsrisiko. Keine Empfehlung, sucht euch lieber etwas anderes!

    The perfect location for a perfect vacation. Great service at the front desk—they’re incredibly helpful and have a solution for every little problem. A super clean and quiet place. I’d recommend it anytime. Dogs are very welcome.

    Cottage 73 was perfect—a nice area near Lutjeastrand. We had great weather, a good restaurant, and got ice cream from the shop on the street. You do need a car, though.
