Absolutely not recommended. Unbelievably poor service, broken furniture, sagging mattresses, a light in the bedroom that didn’t work, a toilet flush that didn’t work properly, and a bureaucratic attitude. You’re forced to transfer 300 euros as a security deposit without prior notice (yes, transfer it), and afterward they deduct another 50 … euros—even though the apartment was clean—just because you didn’t take out the trash. The only thing in the trash was the plastic packaging from the bedding—so basically, it wasn’t even our trash. Really disappointing for such a steep price. Read more Show less

Cozy on the outside, but unfortunately disappointing on the inside. The house was dirty: the dining table was sticky, and there was dust everywhere. The beds and mattresses were badly sagging, so a restful night’s sleep was out of the question. Not to mention that every few minutes, a plane flew right over the house as it came in to … land.

What was particularly annoying were the additional costs that weren’t clearly communicated in advance: towels cost extra, and bed linens were 70 €. On top of that, the bed linens were worn out, and the towels were old and threadbare.

The process leading up to arrival was also tedious, with numerous messages regarding verifications and other formalities. Overall, the value for money isn’t there. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it. Read more Show less

It's good, but not as good as the pictures suggest.
The vacation homes look great! And they really do look just like they do in the pictures. BUT, as soon as you step inside, you realize it's really nothing more than a very fancy bungalow. It smells musty every time you first walk in. I had to swat a dozen mosquitoes right away. The building … doesn’t breathe well. Every morning when I wake up, the windows in the room are soaking wet.
The rooms are laid out strangely. We had a very large living room but a hallway that was too narrow, a tiny bathroom (approx. 0.75 m²), and a small bedroom that could be accessed from two sides, as if through a closet. The outlets were so far behind the bed that the nightstand lamp wasn’t even plugged in to begin with.
By the way, the room was advertised as having 2 bathrooms, but there were essentially 3—though only ONE of them had a toilet. Two of the rooms also had sinks and showers but no toilet—which was pretty bizarre.

Still, on the positive side: Overall, everything was fine (just not quite what we expected at the beginning). The grounds are beautiful and idyllic—aside from the constant airplane noise (a plane from Amsterdam Airport really does fly by almost every minute). Otherwise, it’s really a lovely resort with lots of ponds, greenery, and birds. You can use the small indoor pool on-site and grab a bite to eat. There’s a beautiful park and forest nearby. Very good facilities especially the swimming pool and sauna
The park was very clean
I would recommend for families, so much for the children to do
There was a little hen pen and ducks on the lake. We didn't get to explore all the park (time limit) but what we saw was perfect!
The staff were … friendly and communication was better then most places I found.
We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again
