Great place to stay out of the city. Our family of four stayed there and visited the surrounding areas. Buildings are nice and area is clean. Yes you need to bring all you food and toilet paper. But you are renting the space it is not a hotel room. We did see ants but clean up after yourself and you will not have a problem. Restaurant onsite is a great option. Food was great and staff was really nice. Other people complained about the planes but you hear them everywhere around Amsterdam. If anything I thought it was kinda cool. I would go back here and stay again.

Price-performance ratio is disproportionate - Disappointing We paid over €800 for three nights in the "Cube Exclusif 4" and are frankly disappointed with the condition of the accommodation. For this price we expect cleanliness and functionality, which unfortunately was not the case here. Shortcomings in detail: - Cleanliness: several cobwebs in the house were evidence that it had not been cleaned thoroughly for some time. The kitchen fronts and handles were smeared, the couch cover was stained and dirty. - Sanitary area: The shower was extremely difficult to use - with soapy hands, it was practically impossible to turn the knob. The toilet is very narrow and also smelled unpleasantly of cigarette smoke. - Outside area: The small shed (for bicycles etc.) was full of garbage and stank massively. - Noise: The walls are very thin. There is also a lot of airplane noise (fortunately it gets quieter at night). Service & facilities: As is apparently often the case in Holland, there was no soap and only one roll of toilet paper. In the end, we left the accommodation cleaner than we found it. The reaction at reception was particularly irritating: in response to our criticism, they simply replied that we would certainly have had nice excursions anyway. Yes, the surroundings are great, but EuroParcs didn't contribute anything to that. Conclusion: Due to the many shortcomings and the lack of insight on site, we absolutely cannot recommend this accommodation. For €270 per night, the standard offered is simply inadequate.

They are swindlers. Their prices seem very attractive at first, but once you're there, they demand an excessive deposit (600 euros in our case). At the end of your stay, even if you leave the room spotless and comply with all their instructions - of which there are many - they only return part of the deposit, the amount they themselves decide. In our case, they only refunded us 200 euros. Then, if you protest, it's your word against theirs. There's nothing you can do about it. Avoid this place. Don't fall into the trap.
