Fairly divided opinion. First of all, I would like to stress that the staff is really very friendly and did everything possible to solve our problem. As satisfied on some points as very disappointed on others. When we arrived, the setting was ideal. I paid extra to be next to a lake and be "quiet" rather than close to a busy road. First opinion, rather positive. The "Cube4" house is very pretty, modern and well furnished. But on closer inspection, there's virtually no soundproofing, an electrical conduit runs from the floor into the bedroom cupboard, making it easy for insects to get in, the floor is swollen in places, cracked in others, and ... no hot water. The problem with the electrical panel was immediately sent to reception, who 10 minutes later sent us someone to see that repairs were necessary. We have the choice of staying here while the work is being carried out or being rehoused. We ask to be rehoused but with the equivalent of the service paid. To our pleasant surprise, we were rehoused in another Cube4 for the duration of the work, but instead of a view of the lake, we had a view of a van and a view of the road. We were very disappointed, but we were promised that we'd be back in our original accommodation the next day. The next day, we're warned that the work will last longer than expected and we must stay where we are. So be it, but in that case I want a refund of the extra payment I made for the lakefront pitch. We had to fight for almost three days to get it. As for the rest, the proximity of the airport means that you won't get a break during the day. On average, a plane flies by every 6 to 10 minutes all day long. However, you'll have peace of mind from 11pm to 6am, when the flights resume. We didn't take advantage of the terrace, as there's no privacy with the road right in front of the lawn. The same goes for the living room, where the curtains were drawn all the way across. As for the shower, the low water pressure should also be reviewed. A very mixed experience. As much as we were delighted that reception quickly found a solution to our move. But we're very disappointed that there are no checks and very, very, very little maintenance of these cottages between each customer. The proximity to the airport means we won't be coming back here again.

House is decent to be fair which is the only alright thing I can say, staff very rude and they made us pay a deposit fee of 750 euros which they failed to mention beforehand - then are now refusing to give us it back even though the house was spotless as we stripped the beds and cleaned up.
