As the name suggests, the L-Cube 6 is built in an L-shape. The detached holiday home has a modern and robust appearance and is suitable for 6 people. Due to the high ceiling and large windows, there is a lot of light in the house. The living area has a sitting area, television and an atmospheric fireplace. In the open-plan kitchen you will find a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combi-microwave and a coffee machine. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. Furthermore, there are 2 luxurious bathrooms with a walk-in shower and washbasin and a separate toilet. Through the sliding doors in the living room you can reach the terrace with garden furniture. At the L-Cube 6 you can park 1 car and there is free wifi.

    Our apartment (~Mobile Home) is neglected. Poorly maintained. Things should have been replaced a long time ago. But location is good. As the stop for the train to Amsterdam oer car is reachable in 5 min (P+R).

    The units are bare bones and there is a no driving after 11pm which is terrible when it’s raining or hailing coming in late. Nice layout but overall lacklustre experience.

    Clean, well-equipped cottage, very close to Amsterdam with free parking at the nearby train station, 3.5€ travel time to Central Station which is 10 minutes away.

    When we arrived, everything looked fine at first glance, but it didn’t take long before we started noticing problems. The kitchen was missing basic equipment like pots, pans, and even spoons. There was no toilet paper, no dish soap, and no dishwasher tablets either. After our first shower, we realized the shower was leaking straight through the wall into the room. We had to urgently use T-shirts to stop the water so the room wouldn’t flood. After the first night, we were freezing and ended up getting sick. The temperature was set to 15°C and kept dropping on its own, even when we tried to turn it up. When we contacted reception, they only provided us with pans, and to make things worse, the temperature was lowered even further to 10°C. The washing machine and dryer were also a problem. Even after paying, they didn’t start and asked for another payment. Only after paying again did they actually work, so we basically had to pay double just to wash and dry our clothes. Overall, we do not recommend this accommodation. We are very disappointed and honestly shocked by the way everything was handled.
