As the name suggests, the L-Cube 6 is built in an L-shape. The detached holiday home has a modern and robust appearance and is suitable for 6 people. Due to the high ceiling and large windows, there is a lot of light in the house. The living area has a sitting area, television and an atmospheric fireplace. In the open-plan kitchen you will find a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combi-microwave and a coffee machine. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. Furthermore, there are 2 luxurious bathrooms with a walk-in shower and washbasin and a separate toilet. Through the sliding doors in the living room you can reach the terrace with garden furniture.     Horrible!!! Bizarre that we had to pay so much money for such a horror experience. For free I wouldn't have even wanted to experience it again. Upon arrival we suddenly received an email that all facilities were closed. No pool, no fitness, no wellness. However, this is all included in the price. I understand that you do not always have control over this, but it is a coincidence that this happened just before the new guests can check in. Otherwise, the accommodation did not look at all like the pictures. They would also mention this somewhere on the website, but not at all clear. The accommodation we had looked suspiciously like accommodation half the price. On the key of the cottage there was an icon that no pets were allowed, although we had booked an accommodation with 2 pets.... Surely this also puts into question for me that we got the correct accommodation. When we went to check with the receptionist she was just disrespectful and totally unwilling to help us further. Again, I understand that there may not be much you can do, but you can at least be somewhat friendly or make an effort to improve something. To complete the picture, the cottage was filthy. There were ants running around, inches of dust on the cabinets, dead flies on the floor, moisture stains in the curtains, filth in the seats and behind the seats, ... Fortunately, we had only booked a 2-night weekend, although all the misery made us decide to stay only 1 night because there were pests under the mattress of our bed as well. Because I think you should always be able to defend yourself first and it is also nice to see how your complaints are handled, I first contacted Europarcs itself. After weeks of not receiving an answer and having to email three times, we finally received a reply that we would receive compensation in the form of a voucher. Absolutely no solution of course, since no hair on our heads would even think of ever going to a Europarcs park again.

    Verschrikkelijk! Bizar dat wij zoveel geld hebben moeten betalen voor zo een horror ervaring. Gratis had ik het zelfs niet opnieuw willen meemaken. Bij aankomst kregen we ineens een mail dat alle faciliteiten gesloten waren. Geen zwembad, geen fitness, geen wellness. Nochtans is dit allemaal inbegrepen in de prijs. Ik begrijp dat je hier niet altijd controle over hebt, maar het is wel toevallig dat dit voorvalt net voordat de nieuwe gasten kunnen inchecken. De accommodatie leek verder helemaal niet op de foto's. Ze zouden dit ook ergens op de website vermelden, maar helemaal niet duidelijk. De accommodatie die wij hadden leek verdacht veel op een accommodatie van de helft van de prijs. Op de sleutel van het huisje hing een icoontje dat er geen huisdieren waren toegestaan, alhoewel wij een accommodatie hadden geboekt met 2 huisdieren... Dit zet voor mij toch ook vraagtekens bij dat wij de juiste accommodatie hebben gekregen. Toen we dit gingen navragen bij de receptioniste was zij gewoon onrespectvol en totaal niet bereid om ons verder te helpen. Ook hier begrijp ik dat je misschien niet veel kunt doen, maar je kunt toch op zijn minst wat vriendelijk zijn of een poging doen om iets te verbeteren. Om het plaatje af te maken, was het huisje smerig. Er liepen mieren rond, centimeters stof op de kasten, dode vliegen op de vloer, vochtvlekken in de gordijnen, viezigheid in de zetels en achter de zetels, ... Gelukkig hadden we maar een weekendje van 2 nachten geboekt, al hebben we door alle miserie besloten om maar 1 nacht te blijven, omdat er onder de matras van ons bed ook ongedierte zat. Omdat ik vind dat je je altijd eerst moet kunnen verdedigen en het ook fijn is om te kijken hoe er wordt omgegaan met je klachten, heb ik eerst contact gezocht met Europarcs zelf. Nadat wij wekenlang geen antwoord hebben gekregen en drie keer hebben moeten mailen, ontvingen wij alsnog een antwoord dat wij een vergoeding in de vorm van een voucher kregen. Absoluut geen oplossing natuurlijk, aangezien er geen haar op ons hoofd zelfs maar aan zou denken om ooit nog naar een park van Europarcs te gaan.
