    We arrived today and are extremely disappointed with the accommodations. We’re staying in House Number 19. The house is in terrible condition and hasn’t been maintained at all.
    - Carpet covered in dog hair
    - When wiping the floor, the rag turned black
    - The walls are dirty
    and full of imperfections
    - The mirror in the bedroom is missing, but the hooks are still there
    - The hooks from the missing radiators are sticking out (risk of injury)
    - Dog hair on the sofa
    - The bedding was covered in hair and stains; it was replaced upon request
    - The cleaning team was on site, but communication was difficult
    - Trash cans were dirty
    - The property is beautifully located, and we can’t understand why the accommodation isn’t well-maintained.
    - Burnt kitchen utensils and sparse equipment
    - Outdoor furniture is dirty and covered in burn holes
    The website says, “Enjoy luxury at the Loosdrecht Lakes”—so luxury starts inside the house, and this is absolutely not luxury.
    Luxury looks different to us—it starts with cleanliness.

    Wir sind heute angereist und maßlos enttäuscht über die Unterkunft. Wir haben das Haus Nummer 19. Das Haus ist total runter gekommen und null gepflegt.
    -Teppich voller Hunde Haare
    - Beim Fußboden abwischen,der Lappen schwarz
    - Die Wände sind verschmutzt
    und voller Macken
    - Spiegel im Schlafzimmer fehlt ,aber die Haken sind noch vorhanden
    - Haken der fehlenden Heizkörper stehen hervor (Verletzungsgefahr)
    - Sofa Hunde Haare
    - Bettwäsche war voll mit Haaren und Flecken,wurde auf Wunsch erneuert
    - Das Reinigungs Team war vor Ort, Kommunikation schwierig
    - Mülleimer dreckig
    - Die Anlage ist schön gelegen und wir können nicht verstehen warum die Unterkunft nicht gepflegt wird.
    - Küchenutensilien angebrannt und sperrlich ausgestattet
    - Möbel draußen dreckig und überall Brandlöcher
    Auf der Website steht genießen Sie Luxus an den Loosdrechter Seen,also Luxus fängt im Haus an und das ist absolut kein Luxus.
    Luxus sieht für uns anderst aus,fängt schon bei Sauberkeit an.
    Wir haben so viel Geld bezahlt und sind sehr enttäuscht.
