Inside, the beach house is bright, smartly designed and comfortably furnished. The living room has large windows and a comfy sofa that easily transforms into a double sofa bed, so you can stay here with up to four people. The open-plan kitchen is compact but complete, with everything you need to put together a simple breakfast or beach picnic, including a microwave.

There is one separate bedroom with a sturdy bunk bed – ideal for kids who love the adventure of sleeping at the beach. The modern bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, so you have all the essentials close at hand.

Outside is where this place really shines. Step onto your covered terrace with garden furniture and enjoy long, lazy evenings with the sound of the sea in the background. This type of beach house is located on the dune side, about two metres above ground level, which gives you a lovely view of the sea from your terrace. You reach the entrance via a staircase (note: there is no stair gate), and from your front door you walk straight onto the sand.

You can park your car at the nearby public car park, Parking Noorderbad on Dorpsduinen street. From there, a paved path leads you over the beach right to your beach house – no dragging luggage through deep sand. The area is known for its wide beach and diverse range of water sports and beach activities, from swimming and surfing to long walks along the shoreline.
