The living room has a cozy lounge corner with a flat-screen TV, and the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking super easy. You’ll find a dishwasher, Nespresso machine and microwave, so you can quickly whip up breakfast, make a fresh coffee or enjoy a simple dinner after a long beach day. Beds are made on arrival, so you don’t have to worry about anything – just drop your bags and start relaxing.

Slide open the doors to your partially covered veranda with a comfy lounge set. It’s the perfect spot for slow mornings with coffee, reading in the sun or sharing a drink outside in the evening. Thanks to the covered part, you can sit outside even when the weather is a bit less sunny.

The lodge is set in the dunes near lively Bloemendaal aan Zee, surrounded by beach, forest and nature reserves. You can walk to trendy beach clubs, enjoy sunsets on the sand or head into the nearby Kennemerduinen for long walks and bike rides. In summer, the area comes to life with events and beach parties. From 25–28 June 2026, the famous Luminosity Festival takes place nearby, so it can be busier and a higher deposit applies. Even if you’re not going to the festival, it’s good to know the vibe will be extra lively on those dates.

One of the big advantages of this park: it’s completely firework‑free at New Year. Fireworks are banned and actively monitored in the park, making it an ideal choice if you’re travelling with pets or small children and want a calm, quiet environment.

The lodges are modern and stylishly designed with plenty of natural light through large windows. Guests praise the spacious layout, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchens with dishwashers. The private bathrooms in the Deluxe version are appreciated, as is the generous terrace. However, there are occasional comments about blockages, stains on wallpaper, and varying experiences with cleanliness upon arrival.

    Great location in the dunes, within walking distance of the beach. It’s just a shame the house wasn’t really clean. The cottage smelled like sewage. The sink and the shower drain didn’t drain properly. The window wouldn’t close, though this was fixed quickly. I don’t understand, however, why the resort itself doesn’t notice these kinds of issues and why guests have to report them themselves. The information about towels provided at the time of booking is very vague. Yes, towels are provided—but mind you, only 2 towels per person for an average of 5 days! All in all, a nice location, but the cleaning and maintenance of the house are subpar and not commensurate with the price.

    Top locatie in de duinen, op loopafstand van het strand. Alleen jammer dat het huis niet echt schoon was. Het huisje stonk naar riolering. De gootsteen en het doucheputje liepen niet goed door. Raam kon niet dicht, dit werd wel snel opgepakt. Snap echter niet dat dit soort mankementen niet door het park zelf worden geconstateerd en dat je als gast zelf hier meldingen van moet maken. Over de handdoeken wordt bij het reserveren erg schimmig gedaan. Ja er zijn handdoeken aanwezig, let wel 2 handdoeken per persoon voor gemiddeld 5 dagen! Al met al fijne locatie, maar de schoonmaak en onderhoud van het huis is beneden peil en staat niet in verhouding met de prijs.
