General information

Wake up to the sound of the waves at Sea Lodges Zandvoort 1 – a modern, detached sea lodge just a short stroll from the North Sea beach. Simply cross the street and you’re on the sand, ready for a morning swim, a beach walk, or a sunset drink at one of the beach bars.

This stylish, ground-floor lodge is bright and welcoming thanks to the large windows in the living room. Here you’ll find a comfy seating area with smart TV and a cozy dining space, perfect for long breakfasts or a relaxed evening after a day outside. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine and Quooker tap, so cooking is easy whether you’re making a quick snack or a full dinner.

Sea Lodges Zandvoort 1 offers two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet – ideal when you’re traveling with family or friends. The comfortable single box-spring beds are set up as doubles, so you can enjoy a good night’s sleep after a day on the beach or exploring the dunes.

Outside, you have your own outdoor space with garden furniture. Take your morning coffee into the fresh sea air, relax with a book in the afternoon, or enjoy a drink under the evening sky.

The holiday park itself is low-traffic, which keeps it peaceful and safe. You can’t park directly at the lodge, but there is a central parking area where you can park one car per lodge. Extra cars can be parked in the public beach car park (charges apply).

Dogs are very welcome here – you can bring one dog per lodge – so your four-legged friend can enjoy the beach holiday too.

Sea Lodges Zandvoort offers a range of different lodges for 4 up to 18 people, single-storey or with an upper floor, so it’s also a great option if you’re planning a trip with a larger group.

Please note: during the Luminosity Festival (26–29 June 2025 and 25–28 June 2026) it can be busier in and around the park, and a higher deposit is required, also if you’re not attending the festival. Around the Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix (29–31 August 2025), access and parking in Zandvoort are more limited and towing rules are strictly enforced. Always check the local signs when you arrive.

    Great lodge. We happened to get an accessible lodge that even had an adjustable countertop. Unfortunately, we discovered that the service kit with dishwasher tablets, dish soap and a sponge had already been used. However, after complaining at the front desk, we were immediately given a new one. The serving staff was generally very friendly. We had brought filter coffee, but the lodge only had a capsule machine (Nespresso). One roll of toilet paper was also more than enough for three days and four people. We had to find more.

    Geweldige lodge. We kregen toevallig een toegankelijke lodge, die zelfs een verstelbaar aanrechtblad had. Helaas ontdekten we dat de servicekit met vaatwastabletten, afwasmiddel en een spons al gebruikt was. Na een klacht bij de receptie kregen we echter direct een nieuwe. Het bedienend personeel was over het algemeen erg vriendelijk. We hadden filterkoffie meegenomen, maar de lodge had alleen een capsulemachine (Nespresso). Eén rol toiletpapier was ook meer dan voldoende voor drie dagen en vier personen. We moesten er meer vinden.

    Great lodge. We happened to have a disabled lodge which even had an adjustable kitchen worktop. Unfortunately we found that the service pack of dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid and sponge had already been used. However, after complaining to reception, we immediately received a new one. The service staff were very friendly overall. We packed filter coffee, but there was only a capsule machine (Nespresso) in the lodge. One roll of toilet paper was more than enough for 3 days and 4 people. We had to organize supplies.

    Tolle Lodge. Wir hatten zufällig eine Behindertengerechte Lodge, die sogar über eine verstellbare Küchenarbeitsplatte verfügte. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass das Servicepaket aus Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel und Schwamm bereits benutzt war. Nach Reklamation an der Rezeption erhielten wir aber sofort ein Neues. Das Servicepersonal war insgesamt sehr freundlich. Wir haben Filterkaffee eingepackt, in der Lodge gab es allerdings nur ein Kapselmaschine (Nespresso). Eine Rolle Toilettenpapier war für 3 Tage und 4 Personen auch mehr als knapp bemessen. Da mussten wir uns Nachschub organisieren.

    Unfortunately, the accommodation was not very clean. There was a dried up sauce stain on the table that had probably been there for a few days, if not weeks. I had to scratch it off. Pfff! We had to look under the mattress to find the remote control. It was soggy, dirty and full of stains. Really creepy. Also, the lighting was terrible. Way too dim. However, the location of the lodge is fantastic. The houses are beautifully integrated into the dunes. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

    Helaas was de accommodatie niet echt schoon. Er zat een opgedroogde sausvlek op de tafel die er waarschijnlijk al een paar dagen, zo niet weken, zat. Ik moest hem eraf krabben. Pfff! We moesten onder het matras kijken om de afstandsbediening te vinden. Hij was zompig, vies en zat vol vlekken. Echt griezelig. Ook de verlichting was verschrikkelijk. Veel te zwak. De locatie van de lodge is echter fantastisch. De huizen zijn prachtig in de duinen geïntegreerd. Het personeel bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

    Unfortunately, the accommodation was not quite so clean. There was a dried-up stain from a sauce on the table that had probably been there for several days, if not weeks. I had to scrape it off. Wow! We had to look under the mattress because we were looking for the remote control. It was crusty, nasty, lots of stains. Really scary. The light was also a disaster. Much too dark. However, the location of the lodge is fantastic. The houses are beautifully integrated into the dunes. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

    Leider war die Unterkunft nicht ganz so sauber. Ein eingegtrockneter Fleck von einer Soße auf dem Tisch der bestimmt schon einige Tage, wenn nicht Wochen da war. Ich musste ihn wegkratzen. Iiii! Wir mussten unter die Matratze schauen, da wir die Fernbedienug suchten. Das war kruselig, übel, ganz viele Flecken. Echt schaurig. Außerdem war das Licht eine Katastrophe. Viel zu dunkel. Die Lage allerdings der Lodge ist phantastisch. Die Häuser sind schön in die Dünen eingebunden. Die Mitarbeiterarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
