Opt for lunch at a beach pavilion, so you can enjoy not only the food, but also the view. Dive into the water, opt for a surf lesson or how about a beach ride on horseback?

Rain or shine, indoor swimming is always possible
Do you feel like swimming, but the weather is not good enough to take a dip in the sea? Around the glamping there are fortunately also several options for indoor swimming. Another fun place where you can all climb and clamber together is at Land van Fluwel, also 10 minutes away. In this unique experience and activity forest, young and old have a fun day. We spent 4 days (3 nights) here with the motorhome. Overall, the campsite is very well maintained and clean. Pitch & atmosphere: We had a motorhome pitch right next to the sanitary building. This area is absolutely not recommended for couples looking for peace and privacy, as it is located directly on the main path and there is a constant coming and going due to the adjacent water playground. For families, however, the location is ideal. In general, the campsite is very suitable for families with children thanks to the great playground, the water playground and the children's entertainment. Sanitary facilities: The showers and toilets were relatively clean, however the toilet cubicles are very cramped and the number of toilets in the sanitary block is quite manageable. The shower system works every 5 minutes (followed by a 3-minute forced break). Unfortunately, the water pressure was so weak that just washing your hair took ages. It was also so cold in the shower cubicles that it was freezing even in the shower. The campsite is quite expensive for what is on offer here - especially for the showers. Service & food: The staff were very nice and helpful throughout. You can use the campsite's own app to pre-order bread rolls in the morning and collect them from the store. They were great on the first day. On the following days, unfortunately, they were completely soft and barely baked - but after a brief complaint, we immediately received new rolls without any problems. Location & surrounding area: The campsite is a great starting point, but you should be mobile. If you want to go to the town of Callantsoog or to the beach, you have to use a car or a bike. You can be anywhere by bike in about 10 minutes. Conclusion: A really nice, clean and well-kept campsite that is well suited for families. However, if you expect comfort in the sanitary facilities (water pressure/temperature) in view of the rather expensive price, you will have to make some compromises.
