Terrace Chalet - 4 persons

The house is fine, but a few minor issues: no trash can in the bathroom, no umbrella in the garden, no night light on the bedroom cabinets, and no smoke detectors—even though they're required.

Nice park with good dining options on-site. The cottage was fine, but upon arrival, the wrong carafe had been placed on the coffee maker, so we couldn’t make coffee, and one of the dining chairs was broken. That was quite a shame, and we found it even worse that we wanted to use the sauna on our last evening—since the other days had already been warm enough without it—but it simply didn’t work! When we reported it the next morning as we were heading home, they casually told us we should have reported it earlier—but we hadn’t used it before then. So how is that possible?? Especially since we had to pay extra for that sauna!! We find that a bit disappointing, as well as the fact that they responded so curtly when we called the park back later to discuss it. That’s why this was not only our first but also our last time staying here.

Back after many years. A bit of a letdown, unfortunately. It’s really lost the cozy atmosphere it used to have. It’s clearly all about making as much money as possible while providing minimal service. The paths are poorly maintained and sometimes hard to walk on. Our cottage offered no privacy—not even curtains on the windows. They also didn’t mention in advance that there was construction going on. After reporting a creaking toilet and having to hold the doorknob at the front desk, no action was taken. The surroundings make up for a lot because they’re beautiful, but we’re now wondering whether we’ll choose this park again next year.
