Beautiful campground, neat and well-maintained! The restrooms are cleaned several times a day. The staff is also incredibly friendly! The children’s activities are fun for kids of all ages, from very young to a bit older. Last year, the playgrounds on the campsites were renovated! These are also checked daily, and the sandboxes are raked every … day.

What I find disappointing is that the pool is somewhat neglected compared to the rest of the campground; it’s too small, there’s mold in the sealant around the edges, the pool liner isn’t lying flat or tight enough, and on top of that, the water is super cold. It’s really too cold for small children. And for the older kids, I miss a slide, a diving board, or something similar.

Many parents look for this when booking a campground: a pool with entertainment. Yes, there’s a pool, but unfortunately, that’s about all there is to it. Read more Show less

A lovely campground in the Drenthe countryside—it’s a great place to bike and stay.

We were at the back of the campground, but there were spots everywhere where the grass was just lying loose—which, of course, isn’t very pleasant, but oh well. The restaurant is really just a fancy snack bar—only go there if you want to overpay for mediocre food. Other than that, the campground was really nice, though there wasn’t much for the kids to do. A very beautiful location and definitely a place to come back to—but not for the restaurant.
