The glamping tent itself is very nicely set up, and the beds are perfectly fine for 2–3 nights.
It’s a shame, though, that it’s not well maintained: In addition to minor defects, we noticed cobwebs, hair, and slight mold spots in the corners. With outside temperatures of 7–9 degrees, the heater wasn’t strong enough to keep the tent warm … either.
Conclusion: A nice concept for warm summer months. However, there’s still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the colder months, as well as cleanliness and maintenance.this is a translation, click here for the original

A very bad experience at EuroParcs Reestervallei. Our tent (182A) was completely covered in black mold, very damp, and downright dirty. The mattress pads stank, and a cloth placed over them turned black. When we shook them out, sand fell out. The bedding was torn, and the sheets smelled like urine. The dishes were dirty in the cabinets, the … kitchen was warped from moisture, and after walking through the tent once in our socks, our socks turned black. There were also used toothpicks from previous guests lying all over the place.
The tent was advertised as having heating and air conditioning, but the heater couldn’t get the temperature above 13 degrees. On top of that, the circuit breakers kept tripping.
After a few days, we developed respiratory problems. We left early because Europarcs refused to resolve the issues and it was literally making us sick.
When we reported the problems, we were told that there were scheduled rounds to check the tents. Nothing else was done about it.
A downright dirty and concerning experience. Especially with young children, you expect clean and safe accommodations. This was absolutely not the kind of vacation you’d expect.this is a translation, click here for the original

Big gang. Especially wants to pretend and measure itself as the real centerparcs. But in real life europarcs is also worthless in terms of cancellations and conditions

Grote bende.

Last weekend, 15 adults and 2 children stayed at this vacation villa. We had a great weekend. What stood out was that there was plenty of dishes, silverware, and glassware. The rooms were fine. There was a spacious plot of land surrounding the villa and even a pool just 20 meters away. Unfortunately, the weather was bad. Still, there are a few … things that could use some repair. The kitchen lighting wasn’t working (4 spotlights). The dishwasher is of very poor quality. It doesn’t clean properly, and the racks are falling apart. The kitchen is way too small for such a large group. There are no hooks anywhere to hang anything. There’s not enough lighting in the living area; the doors don’t close properly, and the windows don’t seal well. There are no door closers on the balcony doors, so they can’t be left open at night because they keep slamming. Bath mats were missing, leading to dangerous situations in the shower area (slippery as can be). Many of these issues were already mentioned in reviews months ago, so apparently they aren’t being taken seriously and no attention is being paid to them. The layout of the house is odd. There are 3 bathrooms downstairs plus 1 toilet and 1 bathroom upstairs, even though 21 people can sleep upstairs and only 2 downstairs. Not insurmountable in itself, but it is inconvenient. However, some of the upstairs rooms did have sinks, which was nice.
Owner, please do something about this! It’s a shame to let a house like this fall into disrepair.this is a translation, click here for the original
Indeling huis is vreemd.
Eigenaar doe hier iets mee !
