    Beautiful still new vacation park. The cottages are in excellent condition and fully equipped. The location is fine, a short distance from Kampen and Zwolle, among others.

    Mooi nog nieuw vakantiepark. De huisjes zijn in uitstekende staat en van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie is prima, op korte afstand van oa Kampen en Zwolle.

    A really beautifully laid out park in a great location. The park is clean and well-kept, and the bungalows are really nicely furnished and well equipped. The location is great, you can get to the grocery store in a few minutes by car and smaller shopping streets can also be reached quickly by car. However, I was annoyed by the service. On the day of our arrival we noticed that the heating was only half working. We reported this immediately and a technician came. So far, so good. He told us at 9.00 pm that the panels on the ceiling had to be replaced, but that we could get auxiliary heaters (?) for the evening. We said no, as it was still reasonably bearable. The technician told us that the panels would be replaced the next day. This still hasn't happened two days later. Due to the falling temperatures it is really fresh in the house in the evening, so we reported it again at reception and so far nothing has happened. Another point that really bothered me was the tone of a lady at reception. We were only given one card for 6 people to open the door and operate the entrance/exit barrier. Some of us went for a walk in the park and took the card with us, so unfortunately we had to use the bell to exit. I explained the situation over the intercom and was told - in a rather rude tone - that we needed the card to drive in. When we wanted to drive in again, we had the card because someone had brought it to the barrier. Unfortunately, we were unable to drive in, despite having the card. So we had to ring the bell again. The tone was again not very friendly and it was made clear to us that this was an exception and that we should please remember our card next time.

    Ein wirklich schön angelegter Park in toller Lage. Der Park ist sauber und gepflegt, auch die Bungalows sind wirklich hübsch eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto Lebensmittelgeschäft und auch kleinere Einkaufsstraßen sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Was mich allerdings stört ist der Service. Bereits am Tag unserer Anreise haben wir bemerkt, dass die Heizung nur halb funktioniert. Dies haben wir sofort gemeldet und es kam ein Techniker. Soweit, so gut. Dieser teilte uns um 21.00 Uhr mit, dass die Panele an der Decke getauscht werden müssten, wir aber für den Abend Standheizungen (?) bekommen könnten. Dies haben verneint, da es es noch einigermaßen aushaltbar war. Der Techniker teilte uns mit, dass die Panele am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht würden. Dies ist auch zwei Tage später noch nicht passiert. Durch die sinkenden Temperaturen ist es abends wirklich frisch im Haus, wir haben es also erneut gemeldet an der Rezeption und bis jetzt ist immer noch nichts passiert. Ein weiterer Punkt der mich wirklich gestört hat, ist der Umgangston einer Dame an der Rezeption. Wir haben für 6 Personen nur eine Karte bekommen, um die Türe zu öffnen und die Ein-/Ausfahrtsschranke zu bedienen. Ein Teil von uns war spazieren im Park und hat die Karte mitgenommen, also mussten wir leider zum Ausfahren die Klingel nutzen. Ich habe über die Gegensprechanlage die Situation erklärt und schon dort wurde mir - in einem ziemlich patzigen Ton- erklärt, dass wir die Karte zum Einfahren aber benötigen. Als wir wieder einfahren wollten, hatten wir die Karte dann, da sie uns jemand zur Schranke gebracht hat. Leider war es uns nicht möglich einzufahren, trotz Karte. Also mussten wir wieder klingeln. Der Ton war erneut nicht sehr freundlich und uns wurde deutlich gemacht, dass das eine Ausnahme ist und wir bitte demnächst an unsere Karte denken sollen.

    This place os beautiful no doubt. We got for a very good deal. Spacious enough. Basic necessities, plates, cooking pan, oven, dishwasher, water heater, even a vaccum cleaner all provided. However u need to pay extra for bedsheet & towels. U even need to prepare the bed yourself. Do not and remember to bring your own toiletries and salt, sugar if u plan to cook. We would definitely come again. The host seems nice HOWEVER, we do hope the room was a little bit more cleaner. The sofa & dining chairs not so clean, lots of crumbs and dust 🥹 quite disappointed for that point, but since there is. Vacum if u are okey to clean up the room yourself then its not a big deal. The plates and pans are also so really clean so do make sure to reclean it before using. Other then that we are satisfied with our stay.
