General information

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this detached forest lodge with private sauna, specially designed for two people. The lodge has one bedroom with a comfortable double box-spring bed and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower and toilet. The cosy living room connects to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, combination microwave and Nespresso machine. Thanks to the large windows and sliding door, plenty of daylight enters the lodge. Air conditioning provides extra comfort on warm days, and free Wi-Fi is available.

Surrounding the lodge is a beautifully landscaped garden with a covered terrace, luxury garden furniture set and two sun loungers. Here, you can peacefully enjoy the green surroundings and the space to relax outdoors. At the park, you will find, among other things, an outdoor playground, food and beverage facilities, a park shop and sunbathing lawn. You can also rent bicycles or charge your electric bike. You can park your car in the central car park, within walking distance of the accommodation. The park is still under development, which means that some facilities may not yet be available and construction work may take place.

    The two of us stayed in E14 with our dog.
    The cleanliness of the house—especially in the shower—left something to be desired.
    The park is still under construction in the back, but we didn’t notice any of the work. We also didn’t notice anything from the neighboring houses, which are relatively close together.
    The hot tub and sauna were … exceptionally well-maintained, as were the entire outdoor facilities. The furnishings are rather minimalist, but we didn’t lack for anything. Perfect for a couples’ getaway.

    The only downside: the bed linens and towels are wrapped in plastic—they could definitely do without that.
    The park isn’t really designed for children since there’s nothing there except a slide and a ping-pong table. The Nordhorn Zoo would be the closest place to visit. Ootmarsum is a really lovely little town that has a lot to offer, especially for art lovers.

    Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund im E14.
    Die Sauberkeit im Haus ,gerade in der Dusche ließ zu wünschen ürbig.
    Der Park befindet sich im hinteren Teil noch im Aufbau ,von den Arbeiten haben wir aber nichts mitbekommen. Auch von den Nachbarhäusern die relativ dicht aneinander stehen haben wir nichts mitbekommen.
    Whirlpool und Sauna waren Top gepflegt ebenso wie die gesamte Außen Anlage. Die Ausstattung ist eher minimalistisch gehalten gefehlt hat uns aber an nichts. Für einen Pärchen Urlaub perfekt.

    Einziges Manko: Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind in Plastik verpackt - das könnte man sich definitiv sparen.
    Für Kinder ist der Park eher nicht gedacht da es außer einer Rutsche und einer Tischtennisplatte nichts gibt. Der Tierpark Nordhorn wäre so das Nächste Ausflugsziel. Ootmarsum ist eine super schöne kleine Stadt die besonders für Kunstliebhaber anbietet.

    What a lovely and peaceful vacation park.
    A beautiful place to stay with modern decor.
    The fenced-in yard was also ideal for our dog, and it has beautiful, comfortable patio furniture, a large umbrella, and a sauna and hot tub that work perfectly.

    Perfect service and friendly staff.

    Truly a perfect location to unwind, with many charming towns nearby to visit.

    Een mooi verblijf met een moderne inrichting.
    Ideaal was ook de omheinde tuin voor onze hond en het heeft mooie, goed zittende tuinmeubels en een grote parasol en een goed werkende sauna en hottub.

    Perfecte service en vriendelijk personeel.

    Echt een perfecte locatie om tot rust te komen met vele leuke plaatsjes in de buurt om te bezoeken.
