    From April 27 to May 4 booked a Baby & children's bungalow with hot bubble tub I 5 pers at Mölke cottage 439. Full of expectations by the pictures on the site and the fine communication beforehand we went that way. Unfortunately, our booked cottage was far from clean and also in technical condition. Also, the hot tub was not yet warm upon arrival. Our neighbors indicated that it would only be so in the evening. Was with them too. That was a disappointment especially the large amount (€1,400) we had to pay for that period. The same day and the following days we reported this to the reception. Complaining afterwards is always easy. The TD did what they could, unfortunately they could not fix everything. We did a bit of cleaning ourselves. Because you do have a toddler walking around and a baby crawling around. After the vacation we formally reported the problem including pictures. Then offered a voucher for a next booking of €50. Eventually this became a €200 voucher for a next booking. If you compare this with the current prices and expectations that are raised, I personally find this meager. Sin because in potential it really is a very nice park! But this experience has left me with an unpleasant aftertaste.

    Van 27 april tm 4 mei een Baby- & kinderbungalow met warme bubbeltub I 5 pers geboekt op Mölke huisje 439. Vol verwachting door de fotos op de site en de fijne communicatie vooraf gingen we die kant op. Helaas was ons geboekte huisje verre van schoon en ook qua technische staat niet in orde. Ook is de hottub nog niet warm bij aankomst. Onze buren gaven aan dat dat pas in de avond zo zou zijn. Was bij hen ook. Dat was wel een teleurstelling zeker het forse bedrag (€1.400) wat we voor die periode moesten betalen. Dezelfde dag en de dagen erna meerdere meldingen gedaan bij de receptie hierover. Achteraf klagen is namelijk altijd makkelijk. De TD heeft gedaan wat ze konden, helaas konden ze niet alles verhelpen. Schoonmaken hebben we zelf maar beetje gedaan. Want je hebt toch een kleuter rondlopen en een baby rondkruipen. Na afloop vd vakantie formeel nog een melding gedaan incl. foto’s. Toen een voucher voor een volgende boeking van €50 aangeboden gekregen. Uiteindelijk werd dit een €200 voucher voor een volgende boeking. Als je dat afzet tegen de huidige prijzen en verwachtingen die gewekt worden vind ik dat persoonlijk mager. Zonde want in potentie is het echt een heel fijn park! Maar door deze ervaring heb ik toch een nare nasmaak.

    Super cozy campsite with relaxed atmosphere, by tents, lights, water (Regge) and hammocks. Nice place for the kids. Plumbing could be a bit more pleasant, but not too much to complain about.

    We slept in the dream suite. The little gnome house. Small but nice! I was glad I brought another extension cord, though. There is plenty to do at the campground. The high sand mountain was a favorite here.
