• Cancellation terms

  For cancellations up to 160 days before the start date: 45% of the travel sum. For cancellations up to 120 days before the start date: 60% of the travel sum. For cancellations up to 80 days before the start date: 75% of the travel sum. For cancellations within 30 days before the start date: 90% of the travel sum. For cancellations one day before or on the start date or later: the full travel sum.

• Payment information

  50% of the total invoice amount must be paid as a deposit, either immediately or within 4 days after booking. The remaining 50%, including the rest of the deposit, must be paid 35 days before arrival. For bookings within 35 days before arrival, the full invoice amount and the deposit are due at once.
