    Don't be too tempted by the title "Tiny house on a lake in Overijssel. In fact, we were in a Tiny house right on a busy road... way too expensive for what you get! In fact, for 1 night we paid 250 euros. - For this considerable amount you get a log cabin without air conditioning / fan (so watch out in the summer, you perish here already at 20 degrees), you have to make the bed yourself (and pick it up when you leave), put out the garbage yourself when you leave and leave the place broom clean. - Upon arrival we found out that we should have brought our own towels, this is not clearly indicated. Apparently this can be booked for a fee. So is having the bed made ... so that's on top of the 250 euros. Wow.... - We always leave a room clean and tidy, but for this amount you expect more. In fact, an hour and a half after checking in, we already received an e-mail saying 'your last day at Vakantiepark De Wiedense Meren has arrived' with a list of the chores you have to complete before departure. But the shower stall is not very clean from the start.... + We were called before arrival that the room was already ready, so in that sense they are very friendly. + The area revolves around and around boats, so for water sports enthusiasts you are in the right place.

    Laat je niet te veel verleiden door de titel ‘Tiny house aan een meer in Overijssel’. Wij zaten namelijk in een Tiny house direct aan een drukke weg… veel te duur voor wat je krijgt! Voor 1 nacht hebben we namelijk 250 euro betaald. - Voor dit aanzienlijke bedrag krijg je een blokhut zonder airco/ventilator (kijk dus uit in de zomer, je vergaat hier al bij 20 graden), moet je zelf het bed opmaken (en afhalen bij vertrek), zelf het vuil buitenzetten bij vertrek en de boel bezemschoon achterlaten. - Bij aankomst kwamen we erachter dat we onze eigen handdoeken hadden moeten meenemen, dit staat niet duidelijk aangegeven. Dit is blijkbaar bij te boeken tegen betaling. Zo ook het laten opmaken van het bed… dat komt dus nog bovenop de 250 euro. Wauw…. - Wij laten een kamer altijd opgeruimd en netjes achter, maar voor dit bedrag verwacht je meer. Sterker nog, anderhalf uur na inchecken kregen we al een mail met ‘uw laatste dag bij Vakantiepark De Wiedense Meren is aangebroken’ met daarin nog even op een rijtje welke klusjes je voor vertrek moet hebben voltooid. Maar de douchecabine is bij voorbaat al niet erg schoon te noemen… + We zijn voor aankomst gebeld dat de kamer al gereed was, dus in die zin zijn ze erg vriendelijk. + De omgeving draait op en om boten, dus voor watersportliefhebbers zit je goed.

    Cleanliness should not depend on the price. Not for 1600.-€/week. Take a look at the pictures! Air conditioning does not work. Rooms smell rotten. Despite a friendly request at reception, no immediate response. Great surroundings, but more than disappointing facility.

    Sauberkeit darf nicht vom Preis abhängig sein. Schon lange nicht für 1600.-€/Woche. Schaut euch die Bilder an! Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. Räume riechen vermodert. Trotz freundlicher Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde nicht sofort reagiert. Tolle Umgebung, aber mehr als enttäuschende Anlage.

    We received a very friendly welcome on arrival. All the reception staff are very friendly, the park is also beautiful, the house was unfortunately a disappointment. We got the house right on the harbor, it was unfortunately not clean, the floor in the dining-living area is broken, but the worst was the urine smell from the chamber. The whole house smelled of it. They had tried to clean the room, but that didn't help. Another house could not be offered either. There was also no other concession. What a shame, we would have liked to come back again in the summer, but that has now come to an end.

    Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang sind sehr freundlich, der Park ist auch schön, das Haus war leider eine Enttäuschung. Wir bekamen das Haus direkt am Hafen, es war leider nicht sauber, der Boden im Ess-Wohnbereich ist kaputt, aber das schlimmste war der Urin Geruch aus der Kammer. Das gesamte Haus hat danach gerochen. Man hatte versucht die Kammer zu reinigen, aber das hat nicht geholfen. Ein anderes Haus konnte auch nicht angeboten werden. Auch sonst gab es kein Entgegenkommen. Sehr schade, wir wären gerne im Sommer nochmal wieder gekommen, aber das hat sich jetzt erledigt.
