    The house looked very high-quality on the website. Unfortunately, we were disappointed when we arrived. The house is not maintained at all and is also extremely poorly cleaned. And we’re definitely not picky. But dirty placemats in the cupboard, a shower covered in black mold, and a bedroom with walls full of dusty cobwebs just aren’t … inviting.
    The so-called “upper floor” is unusable because it isn’t actually a floor—you can only access it by crawling.
    The park is very small, and without a car, you’re pretty much on your own.
    Communication with the front desk beforehand works sometimes well and sometimes not so well. On the day of arrival, you have two hours to report any issues; this is done via email because the front desk is rarely staffed. I sent an email on Saturday afternoon, and it wasn’t answered until Wednesday. This concerned cleaning tasks we were still waiting for (a completely overflowing ashtray).
    The location is very quiet and great, but the issues are too serious for us to come back again.

    Auf der Webseite machte das Haus einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Wir wurden leider vor Ort enttäuscht. Das Haus wird überhaupt nicht instand gehalten und auch äußert schlecht gereinigt. Und wir sind bestimmt nicht pingelig. Aber verdreckte Tischsets im Schrank und eine mit Schwarzschimmel verdreckte Dusche sowie ein Schlafzimmer was an den Wänden voll ist mit verstaubten Spinnweben ist eben einfach nicht einladend.
    Das sogenannte Obergeschoss ist nicht nutzbar, weil es eben kein Geschoss ist, man kann es nur kriechend betreten.
    Der Park ist sehr klein und ohne Auto ist man schon ziemlich aufgeschmissen.
    Die Vorabkommunikation mit der Rezeption klappt mal mehr und Mal weniger gut. Am AnreiseTag hat man 2 Stunden Zeit Mängel zu melden, dies tut man per E-Mail, weil die Rezeption selten besetzt ist, ich habe Samstag Nachmittag geschrieben und die E-Mail wurde Mittwoch beantwortet. Dabei ging es um Reinigungsarbeiten die wir noch erwarteten (ein völlig überfüllter Aschenbecher)
    Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und toll, aber die Mängel sind zu gravierend als das wir nochmal kommen würden

    Mediocre vacation park,

    The cottage wasn’t clean and was extremely noisy—to give you an idea: if you walk through the house in socks, the little paintings on the wall rattle and the sound echoes throughout the entire house. While showering, the showerhead was right on my head because the bottom bracket had broken off. The caulk joints and … the rest of the bathroom were downright filthy. There wasn’t enough bedding on the bed to make it up. You pay for a high chair (which I’m fine with), but you have to clean it yourself… what I do find concerning is the fire extinguisher, which should have been inspected over a year ago and whose pressure gauge is already at the very bottom. I tried to bring this up at the front desk, but the “salesman”—as he calls himself—can’t (or won’t) do anything for you… at least write down the number of our cottage!!

    The waterfront location is very beautiful. The main road is a bit noisy, but there’s nothing you can do about that.

    Huisje niet schoon en enorm gehorig, om iedereen een beeld te geven: als je op sokken door huis loopt rammelen de schilderijtjes aan de muur en dreunt het hele huis door. Tijdens het douchen de douchekop op mijn hoofd gehad omdat de onderste beugel afgebroken was. Kitnaden en de rest van de badkamer ronduit smerig. Niet genoeg beddengoed op bed liggen om je bed op te maken. Je betaald geld voor een kinderstoel (wat ik prima vind) maar je moet de stoel zelf schoonmaken… wat ik wel zorgwekkend vind is de brandblusser die ruim een jaar geleden nagekeken had moeten worden, en waarvan de drukmeter al compleet onderin staat. Geprobeerd dit aan te geven bij de receptie, maar meneer de “verkoper” zoals hij zichzelf noemt kan niks (of wil niks) voor je doen… schrijf op z’n minst het nummer van ons huisje op!!

    Locatie aan het water erg mooi. De grote weg is wel gehorig maar daar kunnen jullie ook niks aan veranderen.

    Sehr schöner kleiner Park mit verschiedenen Häusertypen im Naturschutzgebiet. Wir hatten eine schöne moderne Villa , es fehlte an nichts. Direkt am Wasser gelegen einfach traumhaft.Ideal zum Fahrrad fahren und zum Angeln. Mit eigenem kleinen Yachthafen, wo man sein eigenes Boot mitbringen kann. In der nähe von den schönen Orten Giethoorn, Hasselt und Blokzijl.
