Solo Retreat 4 is a cosy and compact chalet suitable for 4 people. The chalet is detached and single-storey and has an area of 27 m2. The chalet has a modern interior, so you can relax in the sitting area with television and dine or play games at the dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge-freezer and filter coffee maker. The chalet has two (open) bedrooms, with double beds (separate single mattresses). The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. You can enjoy the sun on the veranda with garden furniture and parasol. You can park 1 car at the chalet and use the Wi-Fi.

    Park is very outdated. Glasses and dishes very dirty. Staff unfriendly at reception. Europarcs policy is not customer friendly. Tinyhouse with hot tub rented for a midweek. Unfortunately this hot tub is right across from another cottage. Total no privacy also no decent paved path to it. Should have looked better on the website. Bought bags of wood that I had dry and neat still in the car to heat the hot tub I was not allowed to return the next day. That is the policy of europarcs. Furthermore, you can not do anything in the neighborhood and hear the cars just barely shifting gears on the A16. What a noise.

    Park is zeer veroudert. Glazen en borden zeer vies. Personeel onvriendelijk bij de receptie. Het beleid van europarcs is niet klantvriendelijk. Tinyhouse met hot tub gehuurd voor een midweek. Helaas staat deze hot tub recht tegen over een ander huisje. Totaal geen privacy ook geen fatsoenlijk bestraat pad er naar toe. Hadden we maar beter op de website moeten kijken. Gekochte zakken hout die ik droog en netjes nog in de auto had liggen om de hot tub te verwarmen mocht ik de volgende dag niet terug brengen. Dat is het beleid van europarcs. Verder kan je er in de buurt niks doen en hoort de auto’s nog net niet schakelen op de A16. Wat een kabaal.

    Where to start....... I am never from writing reviews but this is going too far. Upon arrival around 5pm we were given the key at the front desk. Upon asking where the snack bar is at the park we were told it was closed. Then we asked for the restaurant because it says on the website that it is present at the park. Also this is closed we were told. 15 minutes drive you have a nice jumbo in a nice shopping center. There but bought some food, the site said that there would be an oven present, I believe it best but in our house was not?! But well it can happen that the park is closed but was nowhere indicated even in the confirmation mail. Upon entering we saw our house where we actually sat. A cottage with white walls with many stains. Spiders sitting in the house and mold in the shower on the ceiling. Plates, cutting boards and glasses that were just all dirty. Nightstands with dust on them. Yes what else actually...... Beds were there, the pillow was on the bed if you lay on it the pillow just disappeared so soft. Beds ending on the outside. Staying in the middle of your bed is impossible. We had booked a weekend from Friday to Monday. We checked out on Sunday morning because we couldn't take it anymore in the cottage. Indicated to the reception about the state of the cottage, here they could not do anything with and was our own problem. That we are checked out earlier yes we can not do anything with it. We should have looked better on the website whether the snack bar or restaurant was open. Super thanks Europarcs we come again. And especially for your understanding until soon!

    Waar moet ik beginnen....... Ik ben nooit van de reviews schrijven maar dit gaat te ver. Bij aankomst rond 17:00 uur kregen we de sleutel bij de receptie. Bij vragen waar de snackbar zit op het park kregen we te horen dat deze dicht was. Dan maar vragen naar het restaurant want deze staat op de website dat deze aanwezig is op het park. Ook deze is dicht kregen we te horen. 15 minuten rijden heb je een mooie jumbo in een mooi winkelcentrum. Daar maar wat eten gekocht, op de site stond dat er een oven aanwezig zou zijn, dat geloof ik best maar in ons huisje was deze niet??!! Maar goed kan gebeuren dat het dicht is op het park maar stond nergens aangegeven ook niet in de bevestiging mail. Bij binnenkomst zagen we ons huisje waar we eigenlijk inzaten. Een huisje met witte muren met veel vlekken. Spinnen die in het huis zitten en schimmel in de douche aan het plafond. Borden, snijplanken en glazen die gewoon allemaal vies waren. Nachtkastjes waar het stof op ligt. Ja wat nog meer eigenlijk...... Bedden stonden er, de kussen lagen op het bed als je erop lag was het kussen gewoon verdwenen zo zacht. Bedden die aflopen aan de buitenkant. In het midden van je bed blijven liggen is onmogelijk. Wij hadden een weekend geboekt van vrijdag tot maandag. Wij hebben op zondag ochtend uitgecheckt omdat wij het niet meer volhielden in het huisje. Aangegeven bij de receptie over de staat van het huisje, hier konden ze niks mee en was ons eigen probleem. Dat we eerder zijn uitgecheckt ja kunnen wij niks mee. We hadden beter moeten kijken op de website of de snackbar of het restaurant open was. Super bedankt Europarcs we komen nog een keer. En vooral voor jullie begrip tot snel!
