    Hi. A nice little park. The rooms are perfectly fine for the price. But you definitely need a car or bike.
    The location is great because there are some nice towns within a 50-kilometer radius. Unfortunately, the pool is way too small when the weather is bad.

    A park where you're torn between whether it's great or not.
    The staff are super friendly and helpful. I had some trouble making the reservation, but they simply called me, and everything went smoothly from there.
    The park is very well-maintained. And it’s in a great location. Everything is within a 10- to 15-minute bike ride.
    The park has … a small indoor pool with a very nice toddler area. Unfortunately, it’s only open until 4 p.m.
    The indoor playground is on the small side. But it’s pretty cool overall. The only annoying thing is that there are an endless number of vending machines where, of course, you’re tempted to spend your money.
    The houses are practical and modernly furnished. However, they’re extremely noisy—you can hear everything. We could hear our neighbor snoring. Since we were there in late summer, it wasn’t as crowded anymore. Next door, though, there were groups of men who liked to party from time to time. Which, of course, you can hear.
    The house was clean enough. But you didn’t want to look in the corners.
    The decor was very nice. The kids’ room, however, looked more like a storage room.
    The yard was pleasantly large, but you were right in the middle of it. Next door was an unannounced construction site...
    The playground was very small. A small bouncy cushion and a play tower. The other one is in the courtyard, surrounded by houses. At first, we weren’t sure if it belonged to the houses. But we didn’t go on it either, because you’d be completely surrounded by the patios.
    Unfortunately, there was absolutely no soccer field. Everyone was playing in the gardens.

    Bottom line: a park in a great location and well-maintained. However, despite all that, it unfortunately has its flaws.
    The price was okay for a last-minute booking. Otherwise, it’s overpriced.

    Ein Park wo man hin und her gerissen ist, ob er Klasse ist oder nicht.
    Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Buchung gab es Schwierigkeiten, woraufhin sie mich einfach angerufen haben und es unkompliziert weiter ging.
    Der Park ist sehr gepflegt. Und super gelegen. Mit dem Rad ist alles in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar.
    Im Park ist ein kleines Hallenbad mit sehr schönem Kleinkinderbereich. Leider ist dies nur bis 16 Uhr geöffnet.
    Der Indoor-Spielplatz ist Recht klein gehalten. Aber soweit ganz cool. Nervig ist nur, das unendlich viele Automaten vorhanden sind, an denen man natürlich gerne sein Geld lässt.
    Die Häuser sind praktisch und modern eingerichtet. Allerdings extrem hellhörig. Wir haben unseren Nachbarn schnarchen gehört. Dadurch daß wir im späten Sommer da waren, war es nicht mehr so voll. Nebenan waren jedoch Männergruppen, die auch gerne mal gefeiert haben. Was man dann natürlich auch hört.
    Das Haus war soweit ok sauber. Man durfte jedoch nicht in die Ecken gucken.
    Die Einrichtung war sehr schön. Das Kinderzimmer gleicht jedoch ehr einem Abstellraum.
    Der Garten war angenehm groß, jedoch saß man auf dem Prasentierteller. Nebenan war eine nicht angekündigte Baustelle...
    Der Spielplatz war sehr klein. Kleines Hüpfkissen und Spielturm. Der andere liegt im Hof umzingelt von Häusern. Erst wussten wir nicht ob er zu den Häusern gehört. Sind aber auch nicht drauf gegangen, weil man total umzingelt von den Terrassen wäre.
    Leider fehlte auch total ein Bolzplatz. Alle spielten in den Gärten.

    Fazit: ein super gelegener und gepflegter Park. Der jedoch bei allem leider seine Ecken und Kanten hat.
    Last Minute war der Preis ok. Sonst überteuert.
