Wander Lodge: A luxury glamping by the water

Wake up to views of the sparkling lake of the recreational area Delftse Hout. The Wander Lodge is situated in a unique spot in the holiday park and offers everything for a relaxing and comfortable stay in nature – with just that little bit extra.

This luxury glamping lodge is suitable for up to 4 people and feels like a cozy, modern holiday home. Inside you’ll find a bright living room with a comfortable sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Upstairs, via the stairs, you reach the atmospheric sleeping loft with space for two more people, perfect for children or sleepovers.

Outside you can enjoy your morning coffee or long summer evenings on the covered veranda at the garden set, with a view over the water. The lodge is 48 m², pet-free and smoke-free, ideal for those looking for peace and comfort.

Vakantiepark Delftse Hout boasts an excellent location: surrounded by nature, adjacent to a recreational area with forest and lake, yet within walking distance of Delft city centre (approximately 15 minutes). Guests are particularly enthusiastic about the brand-new, ultra-modern sanitary building with spotless showers and toilets, family bathrooms and a spectacular Delft blue tile wall featuring Vermeer's 'View of Delft'. Staff are consistently described as friendly, helpful and service-oriented. The campsite offers spacious pitches, a swimming pool, restaurant, shop with freshly baked bread and good bike rental, and serves as an ideal base for trips to Rotterdam, The Hague and Scheveningen.

    Really nice campsite set in a wooded area close to Delft town centre.
    Fairly good access from the main road, with just a short section that is only wide enough for one vehicle at a time. Nice access via an avenue of mature trees.
    The grass pitches are quite close together as is often the case in the Continent. They also suffer from bare earth patches where the wrong type of groundsheet has been used in awnings.
    Excellent facility block. New and quite stylish, with good showers, toilets, wash basins, dish washing area and washing machines.
    There's a range of cabins for those who don't have a caravan or motorhome. And special pitches for motorhomes, which did look quite close to each other.
    The setting is lovely, with a lake and woodland alongside the site, and the Delft town centre is an easy walk away.
    It's a sizable site with a restraunt, children's play area and an outdoor pool.
    The staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly.
    We liked the site and were happy to return for a second visit. 😎👍👍👍👍

    There is a circular bus route to the center of Delft next to the campsite. Well-organized, clean, everything you need and more.
    At first we thought it was just a stop to visit the city, but after seeing the campsite we decided to stay here. All praise to the person at the reception for his kindness. I recommend it.

    Lovely camp site! After 2.5 weeks touring in our motorhome and hardly seeing a British plate, I now know why. They're all here 😂

    A five-minute bike ride from downtown, a nice campground with excellent, spotlessly clean facilities and a small pool with an adjacent toddler pool. There’s a playground for kids. There’s also a small restaurant on-site that offers takeout. Unfortunately, we had to park just outside in a lot with fairly small spaces, but since we could use all the facilities and given the time of year, it was fine.

    A cinque minuti di bici dal centro, bel campeggio con servizi super e pulitissimi, piccola piscina con vasca per bambini piccoli adiacente. Parco giochi per bambini. Piccolo ristorante anche take away all'interno. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto sostare appena l di fuori su un parcheggio attrezzato con piazzole non molto grandi, ma potendo usufruire di tutti i servizi e dato il periodo va bene anche così.

    El camping està molt ben ubicat, a prop de Delft. Te molt bones instal.lacions però si vols tranquil·litat q no et fiquin a tocar de la zona de jocs infantils. Hi ha molt de soroll fins a les 10 de la nit. Pot ser haurien de preguntar si vens sense nens si vols estar en aquesta zona ja q no es pot descansar fins tard. Crec q en això fallen, en la resta molt be
