Duinvilla 6 is a modern, detached villa suitable for 6 people.

The living room has a spacious, luxurious seating area with television and the beautiful large windows with sliding door offer a view of the garden with terrace. In the dining area you can enjoy delicious meals and the kitchen is fully equipped. Think of a dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, combi-microwave, oven, filter coffee machine and kettle. Additionally, Duinvilla is also equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, ideal if you're on holiday for a longer period.

There are a total of three bedrooms, each with two single beds and a private bathroom. Each bedroom also has a television. Downstairs there is one bedroom with bathroom. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. The ground floor is also easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.

On the first floor are the other two bedrooms with bathrooms. All of these bedrooms also have their own television.

Outside, you can enjoy your own spacious terrace with comfortable garden furniture and parasol. There is a box with garden cushions and there are sun loungers. You can park 2 cars at the accommodation and use the Wi-Fi. And unique in Zeeland: at every house on the holiday park, you have your own charging station for electric cars!

    Very friendly people. A lovely little park within walking distance of the beach. Ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway.
    Unfortunately, there’s very little to do. Not ideal for teenagers.

    We visited this park in August 2026 with a 9-month-old baby. For us, this was the ideal base for exploring various places: Cadzand, Sluis, Oostburg, Knokke, Breskens, etc. We rented a cargo bike that could fit the Maxi-Cosi and had a great time getting out and about. The cottage was neat and clean and looked exactly like the photos. We visited the … park shop in the new central building several times for sandwiches and coffee. The staff was very friendly. The air conditioning in the cottage was also nice on the hot days. The local restaurants (i.e., beach bars) made a good profit off of us, too... ;);)

    In augustus 2026 dit park bezocht, met een baby van 9 maanden. Voor ons was dit de ideale uitvalbasis naar diverse plekken: Cadzand, Sluis, Oostburg, Knokke, Breskens etc. Bakfiets gehuurd waar de maxi-cosi in paste en lekker op pad geweest. Het huisje was netjes en schoon en precies zoals op de foto's is te zien. In het nieuwe centrale gebouw diverse malen de parkshop bezocht voor broodjes en koffie. Het personaal was heel erg vriendelijk. Voor de warme dagen was de airco in het huisje ook prettig. Ook de lokale horeca (lees: strandtentjes) hebben goed aan ons verdiend.. ;);)

    Komen zeker nog eens terug!

    The house is visually appealing. It’s very noisy, especially when someone is moving around upstairs. It gets very loud upstairs when it rains. In the living room on the ground floor, none of the windows open—there’s only a sliding door to the patio. If the rain comes from a certain direction, you have to close the door because rain blows in. There … are no places in the park to stop for a drink or a light snack. Depending on which house you get, it may be located on a fairly busy street. We brought a robot vacuum with us; the first photo shows the results of cleaning the living-dining area, and the second shows the upstairs area right after we moved in.

    Haus optisch schön. Sehr hellhörig, vor allem wenn sich jemand im Obergeschoss bewegt. Bei Regen im Obergeschoss sehr laut. Im Wohnraum im EG lässt sich kein Fenster öffnen, nur eine Schiebetür zur Terrasse, wenn der Regen aus einer bestimmten Richtung kommt muss man die Tür schließen weil es rein regnet. Im Park keine Einkehrmöglichkeit für etwas zu trinken oder eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Je nachdem welches Haus das man bekommt, liegt es an einer recht stark befahrenen Straße. Wir hatten einen Saugroboter mit, auf dem 1. Foto ist das Ergebnis einer Reinigung vom Wohn-Essbereich zu sehen, auf dem 2. Vom OG direkt nach Einzug ins Haus.
