The park boasts an excellent location near Domburg and the beach, which guests highly appreciate. Staff are often described as friendly and helpful. Available facilities such as the supermarket and playgrounds are well received, though there is criticism about the maintenance of the park and accommodations. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is closed following a fire, and many guests report that facilities are outdated and in need of better upkeep.

We’ve been here for two days (October 18, 2026). You won’t find any peace and quiet here. Party-loving people from Cologne are ruining any vacation vibe. From 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., there’s loud music, drinking, and shouting—and the campground management isn’t doing anything about it. This is more like a folk festival than a campground. This is … my fifth time here, but this is really the last straw—the pool is broken, the bowling alley is broken, and on top of that, it’s just this kind of crowd. My last visit here was a total disaster. I’d give it minus five stars if I could.

We stayed there for a week during summer vacation. First of all, the park is in a great location—it’s a 10-minute walk at most to the beach. The beach is clean and well-maintained. The park itself could be a little tidier, but the playground—which has just been renovated—was really great. The water fountain was also super cool. Parking in the … park—we had a chalet—is possible, but it’s very tight, and unfortunately our spot was farther away from the house, so we had to laboriously carry everything back and forth to the car. It would be great to have free handcarts available at the house; you can rent them, but you’d have to go get them first. It wasn’t possible or allowed to move the car or park it closer to the house briefly to unload.
The house was clean, but it could use a fresh coat of paint . The sofa cushions had stains, and there were silverfish as well. (Which isn’t really a big deal.) However, a vacuum cleaner, broom, and dustpan are provided and can be used. As we all know, sand always finds its way in 😊
What we really liked was that the house was very spacious. We enjoyed that a lot.
The small supermarket has everything you need, but it’s naturally a bit more expensive than the local stores. Albert Hein is right around the corner—a 10-minute bike ride or a 20-minute walk. We didn’t try any of the local restaurants. We only went to the snack bar once on the first evening. The hamburgers and fries were okay.
We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We needed some quick medical assistance, and they explained what to do and helped us out. (Thank you so much for that ❤️)
Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our time there. A little touch-up to the cottages would make them even better.
We’d go back to this park because everything else was just right, too.

( Was jetzt so kein Drama ist).
