Inside, you’ll find a bright open-plan living area where everyone can hang out, cook and chill. The sleek kitchen comes with everything you need: a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and combination microwave. Put on some music, pour a drink and cook together before you move to the comfy seating area for a game night or late-night chats.

The house sleeps up to 6 people in three cosy bedrooms with flexible box-spring beds, so you can easily choose between double or single setups. Two of the bedrooms even have their own TV, perfect if you want to wind down separately after a day outside. There are two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets, one of them en-suite, so no queueing in the morning. Underfloor heating in the living room and bathrooms keeps everything comfortably warm in every season. A washer and dryer mean you can travel light and freshen up towels or clothes whenever you want.

Outside, the vibe is all about water and fresh air. The house sits by the water, and the sunny terrace is made for long breakfasts, relaxed reading or sundowners while boats quietly pass by. Stretch out on the sun loungers in the garden and simply enjoy the peace.

You’ll stay just 900 metres from the beach and about 1.5 kilometres from the centre of Breskens. Start the day with a walk along the shoreline, go for a swim, or hop on your bike to explore the dunes and nearby villages. In the evening, head into Breskens for dinner or a drink at the marina.

Good news for dog owners: this place is pet-friendly, so your four-legged friend can join the fun. Take your dog for seaside walks, explore the dog-friendly trails at Groede Podium or visit the off-leash area at the ‘Het Zwin’ nature reserve. Nearby, you’ll find several restaurants that welcome dogs, such as De Dukdalf, and cosy spots for fresh seafood on the harbour.
