Water Village 4 - 6 persons

Welcome to Water Village 4 in Kamperland – your stylish, sustainable base for a relaxed trip with friends. This detached, car-free bungalow sits right by the water and is designed for comfort without the guilt: it runs on solar power, has underfloor heating and a heat pump instead of gas.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, modern living room with a smart TV where you can chill after a day outside. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, so whether you’re cooking a big group dinner or just putting together snacks and drinks, you’ve got everything you need. On the ground floor there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower – perfect when you’re travelling with friends and want a bit of extra privacy. Upstairs you’ll find the third bedroom, making the house ideal for up to 6 people.

Water Village 4 is pet-friendly, so your dog can join the trip too (up to two pets). Kamperland is a great area for long walks with your four-legged friend: follow the scenic paths along the Veerse Meer, discover pet-friendly beaches nearby, or cross over to the shared facilities at Roompot Beach Resort for grassy spots and open spaces to play. Prefer something more peaceful? Head to De Schotsman nature reserve for forest trails, lakeside views and quiet walks.

Start your day with breakfast on your private terrace, enjoy the sun in the enclosed garden or stretch out on a lounger while your dog naps at your feet. In the area you’ll find relaxed, pet-friendly places to eat, like Seafarm Dining & Lounge with fresh seafood and outdoor seating. Fancy a day out? Explore the historic streets of Middelburg or Veere, with cosy terraces, boutique shops and plenty of spots to sit down with a drink and soak up the atmosphere.

Please note: from January 19th to February 1st, 2026, the swimming pool, sauna and squash court at Roompot Beach Resort are closed for maintenance. All other facilities remain available. The holiday park itself is fireworks-free on New Year’s Eve (no fireworks allowed in the park), although you might still hear some from the surrounding area.
