Water Village 4 - 6 persons

When we arrived at 4 p.m., the house had not been cleaned. It was extremely dirty, including dog poop in the garden and empty beer bottles. At the same time as us, a cleaning lady arrived and told us it was a bad day, but that she would clean right away. We would have liked to sit on the garden chairs, but they were so greasy and dirty that we decided not to. After half an hour, a colleague of the nice lady came over, and together they finished cleaning within an hour.... the surfaces had even been vacuumed with the same vacuum cleaner that had been used earlier to clean the toilet. No wet wipes or anything like that. They left quickly, and we were told to complain to the front desk if there was anything else, because they had actually finished their work a long time ago, and their job was not cleaning, but checking that everything was clean at all. We pointed out the dog poop again, and it was quickly cleaned up. We experienced quite a few things in the house.... Old food still in the kitchen cabinets, drawers full of crumbs. All the cabinet handles were dirty and sticky, there was dirt and hair under the beds and couch, old dog toys in the corner, the trash can was dirty and there were also food scraps, the toilet ... what shall I say ... yellow and sticky, including a toilet brush with paper still attached. There was still dirt in every corner, all cabinets and doors were dirty on the outside and not cleaned. Dust on all the lamps and window sills, and it hadn't been there for 14 days. It certainly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The range hood was as big an adventure as the coffee maker, which was completely dirty inside. We took pictures and of course went to the front desk to complain. The gentleman there was very nice and promised to send someone else. That happened very quickly, and the kitchen cabinets were cleaned and rechecked. Other than that, everything remained as it was. Cobwebs in the upstairs windows, the rails of the sliding door covered in hair and dirt. We could only laugh about it and began to clean ourselves as best we could. The furniture is so worn in this house, which should be a luxury lodge and for which we paid a lot of money. In the end, we had a nice week there and dealt with everything. But it was and remains a nasty aftertaste, and we feel completely ripped off. Too bad, because the Water Village complex is very beautiful. However, this company is no longer an option for us.

No damp wiping or anything. The two were then quickly gone again and we were told to complain to reception if there was anything else, because they had actually finished work long ago and their job was not to clean but only to check whether it had been cleaned at all. All handles of all cupboards dirty and sticky, under the beds and sofa dirt and hair, old dog toys in the corner, the trash can dirty and also still leftovers, the toilet.....what can I say....yellow, sticky including a toilet brush with paper still stuck to it. Dirt in all corners, all cupboards and doors dirty from the outside and not wiped. Dust on all lamps and window sills and that didn't come from 14 days. Definitely not wiped over for a long time. Deze bungalow is een pareltje! Hij was ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het moderne interieur maakte het erg uitnodigend. We waardeerden ook de milieuvriendelijke aspecten.

Een goede keuze voor gezinnen! We hadden genoeg ruimte, en de kinderen hielden van de buitenruimte, Het is rustig, maar niet ver van attracties zoals het Stadhuismuseum

Ruimtelijk, schoon en schattig! Perfecte plek dichtbij het strand en andere leuke dingen, De tuin is een leuke toevoeging om te ontspannen, Zeker een plek om herinneringen te maken

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på den luksuriøse hytte nær stranden, Bungalowen var smukt designet med moderne faciliteter, og vi elskede især den rummelige have, hvor vi nød vores morgenkaffe, Gulvvarmen var en dejlig detalje, især på køligere aftener, Plus, at være kun en kort gåtur fra Roompot Beach var en drøm, Vi satte pris på den miljøvenlige fokus i feriestedet, og det føltes godt at vide, at vi boede et sted, der var bæredygtigt, Anbefales stærkt til familier eller en afslappende ferie!
