We stayed in a large house with 5 bedrooms and 8 people in our extended family. The house looks nicely designed from the outside, the living room furnishings are nice, the kitchen had decent tools and the bedrooms were spacious. However, it was unacceptably dirty; dead bugs and cobwebs everywhere, outside tables and chairs were filthy and a previous resident had thrown eggs (!!) at the windows of one of the bedrooms which was not cleaned. It also lacked basic functionality. No extractor fans worked in the bathrooms and windows don't open. There are no shades on some of the windows (long kitchen one, tall stairwell) so it gets hot. Our house had air conditioning via the heat pump which should have helped to reduce the temperature in the bedrooms upstairs but did not. One of the bedrooms with an odd shaped window had a curtain that was partially attached via duct tape, ripped and totally non-functional. There were lights around the roof shining down to illuminate around the property but you can't turn them off so they shine into the bedroom. When we talked to the reception, they did seem shocked about the egged window situation, the AC not working and the non-functional curtain that was duct taped. They sent maintenance to our house very quickly and they gave us a velcro curtain replacement for the curtain but couldn't do anything about the AC situation and had no fans to offer. They said they would send someone to clean the egged window but that never happened. We would never go back.

Beautiful campsite in the middle of the forest. Very nice operators, the wash houses are clean. All in all: highly recommended.

Lovely campsite, modern sanitary facilities but limited to 3 showers and 3 toilets for ladies and the same for gents, so you have to wait your turn. Super-friendly staff at reception and coffee bar. On the other hand, lots and lots of noise from the nearby road all night 🥶 and unruly young campers at night. On the other hand Ghent superb organization with their bike paths.

We had a wonderful stay at Huttopia Camping Versailles! The pool was great, and we really enjoyed the games like table tennis and badminton. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – when our car had a flat tire, one of them even spent an hour on the phone to help us find the right replacement. Truly excellent service and a lovely campsite. We’ll definitely be back! 🌟

Wonderful, quiet, friendly and tidy campsite. We have been coming here for years and enjoy the warmth of the owners, who provide an excellent and relaxing stay. A gem in Twente. Until next year ‼️

Very good camping, small and familiar. Excellent location, in about 5-10 minutes walk to Cadaques and is very close to several coves that can be accessed both by car and walking. Good services and swimming pool, which has wonderful views. Little or no animation, but good campsite to relax. Pitches of good size, although we had one at the top with generator noise that was quite annoying. I would go back but to another plot.

Nice and clean place to stay for a good price. The people are very friendly.

A campsite that is good but also has a few disadvantages. I'll tell you about the positive things first. The location is great. The trees on the site are also great and there is plenty of shade. The campsite is very well maintained and clean. There are very few mosquitoes. There is also a slipway for launching boats into the water. The beach is crystal clear with small stones on the beach, but when you go into the water the stones become very large, so you have to be careful not to slip away. Wash houses always clean really top! Modern supermarket and stores. The mobile homes also make a very good impression. Children's entertainment with the MaroClub etc. is also great. All in all a beautiful camping site. But now the negatives in my eyes. 1. there are some pitches that simply have trees in the middle of the pitch where some campers can't even pitch their awning. 2. there are not enough toilets in a wash house e.g. only 4 closed toilets for the men and you really have to queue, especially at peak times. (Cleanliness but top) 3. the showers are also too few here you also have to queue, just 5 showers for men and four outdoor showers for men and women together. (Cleaning is great though) 4. lifeguards sometimes not present or looking at their cell phones, talking to others. etc.... This should perhaps be checked. 5. anyone but really anyone can enter the campsite without being checked. There are no wristbands. Except for those for the pool, but even then there are times when you can just go into the pool. So no consistency. Even at night nothing is locked here. 6. much too small pool. There is only one larger pool then a slide and a children's pool. The larger pool feels like it's 15 meters long and 6 meters wide. that's it for the whole campsite. It's sometimes as crowded as the main station. You can almost feel the water struggling to maintain its quality. (at least in the main tourist season) 7. the pool again. the pool has a very rough surface. Around the pool I don't think that's a bad thing, so you can't really slip there. However, the surface continues 1-to-1 in the pool. I myself scraped my knee on the pool wall and had an abrasion. And I've seen something similar with some children or blisters on their feet. I don't understand why they chose normal tiles inside the pool or a liner. So those were the negative impressions I noticed. In the off-peak season, one or two of the negative points will probably not feel the same. But I still think that in the peak travel season these things need to be revised by the operator. After all, you pay accordingly.

It is a very nice and quiet campsite the operators are very nice and friendly drive there very gladly and always gladly again. The sanitary facilities are up to date 😃it is also not far from there to the Brocken or Wurmberg you can reach very nice by bike

Great, relaxing vacation Nice site, lots of shade under pine trees, pool takes a 2 hour lunch break, mobile home functional, train to the beach, lots of driftwood on the beach, we built huts out of it, it was great fun, but you have to like it. Great climbing park on site, market very well equipped, The only negative: the staff accommodation is in the middle of the site, very unkempt, garbage lying around, dirty, not nice to walk through.
