Odličan kamp

Cottage was dirty on arrival

Very noisy but has the advantage of being close to transport and the center.

We were really looking forward to our stay at Camping Campo Dei Fiori. After a year of hard work we were ready for 2 weeks of rest in the beautiful nature of Tuscany. Once we arrived, the first impression was very good. The location of the campsite is beautiful in the green. We got a spot at the very back of the campsite. Once there, our good feeling already began to crumble. While setting up the trailer tent, we noticed that there were pieces of broken glass all over our spot. The refrigerator we had rented was completely dirty inside. We reported this immediately and someone would come immediately. We did not see anyone that day. The plumbing is very poor. At the washing-up points there is no hot water and in some places the drain was not connected. Across from our pitch were Italians on the annual pitches with whole families. All of them sitting at the table eating together, while the television was on hearing mode. That the people on all the surrounding sites are bothered by this apparently doesn't matter to them. During the first night, we were kept awake late into the night by loud music and a screaming DJ from the nearby campground. When we finally caught sleep, the dogs of the annual guests started barking at each other. No one thought to call these animals to order. The next day we walked to the reception to complain. We were treated very kindly. Due to miscommunication with the cleaning crew, no one had come to our place. This was then immediately taken care of. We were just not planning to stay at this spot. The staff was happy to help us find an alternative, although it was difficult in high season. We were given about three spots where we could pitch for the rest of our stay. They were all too small for our family of 5 and, moreover, full of sun. After some more sleuthing, they found a spot in the shade, which was also quite small, but for lack of another option we agreed. On this spot we had almost no trouble from our immediate neighbors at the campsite, but 4 days later we were again awake half the night because of a party at the adjacent campsite. This made us decide to go home earlier. Upon reporting our problem, the staff member indicated that it was known, but that there was not much they could do about it. The staff eventually offered us a neat solution. Of course, that doesn't make the disappointment of our failed vacation much less.

A different vision of camping, giving it a sophisticated and elegant point of view.

Liked: Good instructions for late check in - very smooth. Cabin was warm, clean and comfortable. Had lots of kitchen equipment and some extras eg lamp, clothes dryer, lots of pans. Close to shower/toilet which were private and clean - really nice. Peaceful campsite in a lovely location. Friendly staff- very helpful. Disliked: The door handle was broken. Only shut if you locked it. This was not a big problem. Previous occupants had not emptied the bin and so the cabin smelled of cigarettes.

We are very satisfied with the vacation spent in this beautiful camp. Everything great: welcome, cleanliness, accommodation in a beautiful safari tent, large and clean swimming pool, fields for sports of all kinds, very good restaurant, bazaar and store fornitie with honest prices, entertainment for young and old, timely shuttle to reach the nearby beaches, ample space for all accommodation solutions, impeccable cleanliness and maintenance and farm animals that make the campground even more interesting for children.|Our children between 6 and 11 years old participated in the many mini club activities and sports challenges spending hours of fun, friendship but also nature. |In this wonderful campground there is everything adults, children and families need to spend relaxing time in a respectful and orderly setting.

A wonderful discovery in a warm, quiet and very pleasant place to recharge your batteries. A rare and authentic welcome I highly recommend

Don't go there if you want to sleep at night.

Well, something surreal has happened to us, we arrived at the campsite about 8 pm, we indicate the plot and accommodate the van ... throughout the campsite you can hear a kind of verbena coming from outside, well, for 12 stop the music we think .... 0:30 like trying to sleep in the middle of the verbena of your town, a Latin bar with all the artillery oriented towards the campsite ... I go to reception and I find it open: -Hey, when does the music stop, you know? -Well, all night, Friday and Saturday. I'm sorry, I can't do anything, it comes from outside. Flipa! I ask for a change of plot and of course it is impossible...he tells me that on Sunday there is no more music until the following Friday! I am writing this sitting on a chair outside the van waiting for lightning to strike me, let's see if I am lucky. The campsite seemed pretty decent in all respects but I can not rate it with more than one point because I have spent the whole night awake. I want you to know that in the plots at the bottom of the weekend nights in August it is best to cross the road and stick a nice gaupasa

We went in August with two small children and had a great time. The facilities are very well maintained. The beach is close by. Animation. And at night, absolute silence. It was a great vacation.

Disappointed because it's a chain of campsites so they don't really listen to the customer, sorry but they have orders to carry out. I've been to several campsites in this chain and I've been very disappointed.
