Liked: Campsite layout was good & check in easy There was a market on nearby and also they had some fun things if you had kids like a splash pool and fun house Location good if wanting a quick stop before heading to Bruges Disliked: Facilities - not clean but the site was VERY busy so this could be a contributor and out of season may be totally fine

We went camping there with our tow caravan. They have 4 stars and the price has skyrocketed in recent years, they profile themselves as a luxury campsite but for that price you would want heated pools. However, the water was cold. Really cold

Echt koud

Lovely small and well-kept campsite in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful view, great pool (not very big) and clean sanitary facilities. Very nice is the large safari tent as a meeting place, for a drink, ice cream or game or just to be able to read your book. The managers Mike and Joanna are very friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome. Mostly Dutch families. No animation but children play nice together at night. | Beautiful area where mass tourism has not yet made its appearance. Highly recommended!

Liked: Reasonable sized pitch, fantastic pool. Can get a bus into Florence which we found easy to use. Very friendly and helpful staff. The views over the Tuscan countryside from the restaurant are incredible. Disliked: The men's toilets could do with cleaning a little more often.

Liked: Pools were great, kids pool was very shallow but perfect for little ones. Lizard hunting was great fun for our boys. There was a tree house that we didn’t get to play in as we only discovered it on our way out, but it looked fun. The shuttle bus to Florence was easy to catch and takes approx 45 mins. The restaurant was very good. Disliked: The bar area could be a little bigger.

For couples without children, pensioners, etc., don't come to Uttopia in the middle of August... because of the "little trappers" activities, there are a lot of children, and young ones at that, so it's very noisy. Parents send their children to the showers unsupervised, and they stay there for hours, having fun ... a real pleasure. 17 theoretical showers, one of which was out of order. Personally, I counted 14 for a priori 149 pitches. I sometimes waited more than 10 minutes for my shower. There are only two washing machines ... so again, there's often a wait. Cleaning is done at 4pm, while the return from the beaches is around 6pm, so you can imagine the state of the showers at the end of the evening. And there are only two cleanings a day. It was rarely really clean. When the cleaners come, they probably don't know how to wring out the mop ... it's like a paddling pool, and after a few passes, it's quickly dirty .... ||The access to the lake isn't really direct, and the path leading to it is quite rough, so if your paddle isn't inflatable: forget it. ||They indicate on their website the starting point of many hikes, there are three, four Maximum. ||No shops nearby without using the vehicle, and L'Epicerie Utoppia doesn't offer any fresh produce - all you'll find there are paws, rice, oil... "they're not intended to replace the big supermarkets", which isn't what we're asking of them either. But a few fresh, local products would be welcome, so that you don't have to take the car every time you want to eat. ||"Numerous activities on offer" yes, for children, for adults ??? |I didn't find the staff very available and not really willing to communicate.||The documents available are single and in a folder, so if you want to consult the tourist documentation quietly it's not possible unless you stay in the living area with it, which isn't very practical for a hike. And to take a photo of the flyer concerning the hike ... in short. ||Some pitches open straight onto the toilet outlets, others onto the play areas, the swimming pool, very noisy. It's clear that every m2 is exploited for maximum profitability.||As you can see, we didn't enjoy the experience. And we won't be repeating the experience at Utropia, because the pitches at Lac d'Aygubelette were the same, small and narrow, with passages and bends and every last m2 exploited for maximum profitability.

We stayed at this park for 10 days. As we had already spent our vacation in a EuroParcs in 2023 and were really impressed, we wanted to travel with this provider again this year. The park in Linden is much smaller than the one in Olburgen and unfortunately not as clean. There was dog poo everywhere. The vacation home was great, nothing to complain about, but the plots are not fenced off and very close together, which is really stupid with dogs, as they are only allowed outside on a lead. Also, the terrace of the other houses is right next to the sleeping and living areas. The curtains always have to stay closed if you want to protect yourself from prying eyes. I'm a mother myself, but we didn't particularly like being woken up in the morning by children screaming. They also advertise a dog beach. Unfortunately, it was so overgrown that neither we nor the dogs were able to go there. The dogs were not allowed on the normal beach. We were told it would be too unhygienic if the dogs were in the water with us. However, the dog beach was only about 20 meters around the corner, still the same lake. |All in all, we made arrangements and didn't let it spoil our vacation. However, I can't recommend the park to anyone and wouldn't go there again.

Camping with good services, a small pool surrounded by wood silage that becomes unbearable as soon as the sun shines, little wooded and VERY expensive for what it is, when you take a motorhome they send you to the "motorhome area" which is a desert without trees or vegetation, gravel and in which it is hot as hell. No water but electricity. Many stage areas are infinitely better than that part of the campsite and at a high price, very high for the p.m. that it is.

We stayed for 11 days in one of the safari tents. Den tents are so close together that you can enjoy everything from your neighbors (so even if your neighbors light up 5 cigarette butts per hour). And so there is also really late at night only rest on the park||The tent itself was fine, although the garden furniture was not sufficient for the number of people. Also missing was the shade cloth as it does appear on the pictures. Reception is not willing to help with that.||Facilities are fine, although the restaurant staff seem very impatient. Very bad with children. The swimming lake looks a bit dirty, but is nice for children. Too bad people do let dogs swim in there despite the ban. The same dogs were also just let out(and did their need) where children played. Total no supervision on further. ||Animation was mwah! First week there was a very enthusiastic duo, but the second weeks two very inexperienced young people.||The environment is very nice! Renting bikes is definitely recommended.

||Animatie was mwah!

Liked: A campsite with a very quiet, family atmosphere. Spacious, practical pitches - we were lucky to get one in the shade! Very friendly and welcoming owners and staff. Despite the stress of a festival next door and some disrespectful festival-goers, they remained friendly and accommodating. A very positive and pleasant experience. Disliked: The showers lack a little water pressure and the toilets are small, but still clean.
