We’ve been visiting Huttopia campgrounds for about seven years now, because they’re almost always beautiful, natural spots. The service is good, and the staff are friendly. However, we do feel that their success is coming at the expense of quality, which we find very unfortunate. The safari tents we always rent really seem to need replacing; they look cheap, and many items are defective or practically worn out. If it weren’t so expensive, we wouldn’t mind as much, but every year you’re paying more for lower quality.
If things continue this way, I don’t think we’ll choose to stay here again for our next vacations, unfortunately. But we hope that Huttopia will at least take this feedback into account.

Wij komen al een jaar of 7 op huttopia campings, omdat het bijna altijd mooie natuurlijke plekjes zijn. De service is goed, vriendelijke medewerkers. We hebben echter wel het idee dat het succes ten koste gaat van de kwaliteit, wat we erg jammer vinden. De safaritenten die we altijd huren lijken echt aan vervanging toe, het oogt goedkoop en veel dingen vertonen mankementen of zijn zo goed als versleten. Als het niet zo duur was dan hadden we dat minder erg gevonden, maar je betaalt elk jaar meer voor mindere kwaliteit.
Als dit zo blijft denk ik niet dat we hier nog weer voor gaan kiezen voor onze volgende vakanties, helaas. Maar we hopen dat huttopia in ieder geval iets doet met deze feedback.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Utopia campground. The setting in the Clarée Valley is exceptional, and the welcome was very warm.The young staff are very attentive. I’d especially like to thank the young person from the pizza service, who very kindly lent me her car so I could get to the hospital in an emergency. However, I was disappointed that I wasn’t offered a refund or any compensation for the last night, which I couldn’t spend at the campground due to a car breakdown that was beyond my control. It’s a shame, because that would have made my stay even more memorable.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour au camping Utopia .le cadre de la vallée de la Clarée est exceptionnel et l'accueil a été très chaleureux.le jeune personnel est très à l' écoute .Je tiens notamment à remercier la jeune personne du service des pizzas, qui m'a très gentiment prêté sa voiture afin que je puisse me rendre en urgence à l'hôpital. En revanche, j'ai été déçu qu'aucun remboursement ni geste commercial ne me soit accordé pour la dernière nuit, que je n'ai pas pu passer au camping en raison d'une panne de voiture indépendante de ma volonté. C'est dommage, car cela aurait laissé un souvenir encore plus memorable de mon séjour.

Heel fijne en vooral mooie camping. Omgeven door prachtige bergen en een leuke rivier vlakbij de camping. De accommodatie was niet voorzien op het aantal kampeerders. Te weinig toiletten en vaak koud water in de douche en afwasplaats. Zwembad redelijk klein maar door de rivier was het ok. Genoeg schaduw voor de tent te zetten.
