The campsite facilities were very clean, staff friendly and location near the Puy de Dome. Pool was quite small for high season but would be perfect when less busy and it is a hilly location but still walkable to Clermont Ferrrant.

What a particularly weird campground this is. Don't go there. Too bad, because it has a lot of potential. At 00:30 music was played pretty loud by the staff. Since it would be quiet at 23:00 and we wanted to sleep, I walked over. "I don't want to be annoying, but could the music be a little softer?" I asked. "I don't want to be annoying, but I am.... I'll turn the music down" was answered in a slightly childish tone. Particularly ascocial how the staff here treats you. And this was not the only case. Breakfast was not ready at the agreed time and the hot tub could not be turned on because it was not cleaned, while a week in advance via email was promised in writing that the hot tub would be ready. Building slabs as a path to your accommodation and showers that overflow and are completely flooded. Sauna not maintained and pizza shovels are in the grass. And so on and so forth. Too bad, because the place has a lot of potential, but the staff doesn't seem to care all that much. Some pluses: Nice bed, nice decor and great reception.

A quiet place, very beautiful, good family atmosphere and, above all, excellent service and attention from the staff! I highly recommend it!

We are currently staying at Roland campsite with great pleasure. Camping is cozy (each garden is different and many paths) where you really get the camping feeling. Swimming pool is fine, although a bit chilly but that is due to the heating system which works sustainably via solar heat on water pipes. There just needs to be more sun😉. Sanitary facilities are neat and recently all renewed. Playgrounds well maintained and something for every age. Catering is good but also the reason for the missing 5th star. The atmosphere on the terrace is fine and cozy, the snacks at snack bar are ansich also fine. But what those prices are based on is still unclear to me. I understand that everything has become more expensive but these prices exceed the average rate on the leidseplein in amsterdam. Beer for €3.90 or a cocktail for €9 just doesn't fit on a campsite. Snack bar has no system so when it's busy the queue builds up considerably. One order is prepared by 4 people. This is just a small comment that probably won't be done much with. But as a tip I would like to give to the manager, listen to the people who have been staying at the campsite for many years. Also a reason for the missing 5th star is the so-called residence tax, how this is calculated no idea but it is not just the 1.35€ per person per night. But I will discuss this further with the landlord. Otherwise the campsite is definitely recommended.

This place is really great for family trips, vacation ot just staying there in general. The rooms are really good, seperated if you have children that don't want to sleep both in one room, and stuff for the basic needs of living. The service though isn't the best; You can buy food for breakfast there, need to buy the rest though by yourself. The premises though is great, its got animals (chickens, rabbits, cats (?) & goats.), there is a trampoline, tent sites and Chalets. The location though is remote, meaning, if you don't own a car, bike, etc, then this place isn't made for you since it's remote. The camping place is worth a try though!

Island of Tiengemeten, A beautiful island for hiking and biking. Rent a bike, because for walking alone it is too big. So big that you can feel free to add an overnight stay. You can do that at TinyParks, where you can enjoy good food and drinks in a casual cozy atmosphere. We had the BBQ with good meat, fish and vega for the lovers.

When we travel in France, Huttopia campsites are a guarantee for us. This one, located right on the shores of Carcans Lake, is perhaps the one with the best location. Nestled in a large pine forest, it is bordered by a beautiful bike path that leads to Carcans Plage (on the ocean, about 7 km) or, in the other direction, to the small village of Maubuisson (about 6 km) in which there is also a small supermarket. The campground is almost entirely pedestrian, making it an ideal place for families, even with small children. Use of the tennis, padel, and soccer courts is free of charge by reservation; bicycles, including electric and with child seats and/or carts for carrying children, can be rented. In the center of the campground is a large play area with beach-volkey courts, for bocce, board games, etc. We did not use the swimming pool because the lake is really very nice (also for water sports) and maybe that is why we never saw it crowded. Unfortunately, we did not find a beach where our dog could swim, and that was the only downside of our entire vacation. We only stayed for three days but will certainly return in the future for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

We spent 10 great days at this campsite. The work carried out by Huttopia since last year is now a real plus, while preserving the somewhat "wild" side of this campsite. The staff are very nice...I'd just like to single out one person so as not to penalize the whole team (hence my mixed rating for service). It was Tom, a tall, curly-haired man, who welcomed us and made our reservation, and he made a mistake by counting us a day less. So far, it's a human error, so no problem. We were due to leave on Saturday morning, and he came, rather furious, on Friday afternoon to tell us that we didn't have to be there any more, and that he'd re-let the pitch. He spoke to my wife because I was taking a nap, but I heard everything. The tone of voice and language were less than courteous, to say the least. If he makes a mistake, that's fine, if he rents the same pitch 2 times, if he accepts his mistake, no problem.... But when he blames it on us, I have to admit it's hard to take !!!! As for the rest. Perfect.

Fantastic location, very nice staff. The beach right next to the campsite is wonderful for watching sunsets. We cycled about 20 minutes to the lighthouse to go swimming. There was a fine sandy beach with great waves. We stayed in Arizona and can highly recommend it. Perfect for a relaxing beach vacation with very pleasant temperatures.

Probably the noisiest campsite in France, too few sanitary facilities and dirty from 9am (the people are disgusting - surely the same ones who let their children scream to death from 6am to midnight - and there's nothing you can do about it, I grant you, but even more regular cleaning would unfortunately be necessary!) The lake is certainly charming at first sight, but the lake beaches are not particularly pleasant and well laid out. If you're looking for peace and quiet, I wouldn't recommend this campsite at all at the height of the summer season. It's packed to the rafters and there's no respite whether it's 6am or 11pm. We left earlier than planned because we couldn't take it anymore. The staff were polite and professional. This makes it a disastrous value for money campsite. P.S.: We're used to camping and going to so-called "family" campsites, but we've never had such a level of noise and lack of cleanliness.
