Kompas Camping - WestendeWe rented a motorhome and spent our first vacation here, the pitches are great and with electricity. It's only a stone's throw from the pitches to the new sanitary facilities. I would like to emphasize that they are very clean. We are 2 adults and 2 children, there is something for everyone, in addition to the bouncy castle and water park there is a large playground, a volleyball court, basketball hoop and soccer goals with a net. I recommend everyone to stop by the reception at least once (they speak broken German but perfectly okay and you could make yourself understood). This year there is a free capie for the children. At the reception you can also get an overview of the program for the week (children's disco, bouncy castle park, children's entertainment...). The beach is a good 15-minute walk away and is best reached by bike. There is also a provider for stand-up paddling here for €15 an hour or €25 for 2 hours. There is an S-Bahn stop just before the beach where you can easily reach other places. In conclusion, we can say that we really enjoyed this vacation at Kompas Camping and it was not our last!

Wir haben uns ein Wohnmobil gemietet und hier unseren ersten Urlaub verbracht, die Stellplätze sind super und mit Strom. Von den Stellplätzen ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung zu der neuen Sanitäranlage. Diese ist sehr sauber möchte ich betonen. Wir sind 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, für jeden ist etwas dabei, neben Hüpfburg und Wasserpark gibt es einen großen Spielplatz, ein Volleyballspielfeld, Basketballkorb und Fußballtore mit Netz. Ich empfehle jeden zumindestens einmal bei der Rezeption vorbeizuschauen (sprechen gebrochen Deutsch aber vollkommen okay und man konnte sich verständigen). Für die Kinder gibt es dieses Jahr eine Capie gratis. An der Rezeption erhält man außerdem eine Übersicht über das Programm in der Woche (Kinderdisco, Hüpfburgenpark, Kinderanimation...). Der Strand ist gute 15 Gehminuten entfernt und am besten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Hier gibt es auch einen Anbieter für Stand-Up-Paddeling 15€ die Stunde oder 25€ für 2 Stunden. Kurz vor dem Strand gibt es eine S-Bahn Haltestelle in der man dann andere Orte auch unkompliziert erreichen kann. Abschließend können wir sagen das uns dieser Urlaub bei Kompas Camping richtig gut gefallen hat und nicht unser letzter war!

De Kraaijenbergse PlassenWe were completely satisfied, the house was great! The spacious living and dining area was perfect for cooking and relaxing. The terrace with a view of the countryside was wonderful for relaxing. The proximity to the beach was another highlight. ⚠️ Important - don't forget your bathing shoes, the seabed is rich in shells. 🫣

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, das Haus war super! Der großzügige Wohn- Essbereich lud zum kochen und verweilen ein. Die Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne, wunderbar zum entschleunigen. Die Nähe zum Strand der Anlage ein weiteres Highlight. ⚠️ wichtig - Badeschuhe nicht vergessen, der Boden ist Muschelreich. 🫣

Huttopia Font-RomeuOnly the name is utopian, a so-called comfort plus pitch at 54€... Because there is a table ... Or branches touching my van, piled on top of each other, average sanitary facilities ... I recently went to a campsite at 14€ a night, without a swimming pool, but the sanitary facilities were much more spacious and better maintained. You'll never see me there again, that's for sure.

Il n'y a que le nom d utopique, un emplacement soit disant confort plus a 54€... Parce qu'il y a une table ... Ou les branches touchaient mon fourgon , empilés les uns sur les autres, sanitaires moyens ... J' ai récemment fait un camping a 14€ la nuit certes sans piscine mais les sanitaires étaient bien plus spacieux et mieux entretenus. Vous ne m y reverrez jamais c est certain

Familiepark GoolderheideGoolderheide is a nice family park. We spent 2 pleasant weeks camping. The renovated sanitary building has become really super nice and is kept very clean. The dishwashers are also a pleasant luxury at the vacation park. Nice mini-golf courses, tennis court, and also the beach and playing meadow is nicely landscaped! What were minus points for us; The rough stone walls in the pool! They are really dangerous walls that the children open themselves up on. The stone path around the pool really hurts the feet. The pool/grass area is also open to day visitors, there were a lot of people with music boxes and we personally did not find that very relaxing. The store is unfortunately nothing. Very little to get, even the bread assortment was virtually nothing so you soon have to shop outside the park. But what was most disappointing was the range/wifi. There is no wifi in the park. At most, only at the reception. But even then it is searching for range. Even the staff was sometimes searching for range with the pin machine. Not that the vacation depends on it. But to look for nice trips, or the web app of the park itself that is then not possible. We were told that there is only 1 mast for all of Bocholt. We also found that there are very many permanent sites / caravans. You almost feel like a guest as a camper, and you come to a lot of places not on the park. Pitches are very much in the minority. The surroundings are not very beautiful. The park is not located in a nature reserve.

Goolderheide is een leuk familiepark. We hebben 2 gezellige weken gekampeerd. Het vernieuwde sanitairgebouw is echt super mooi geworden en wordt heel goed schoon gehouden. Ook de vaatwassers zijn een aangename luxe op het vakantiepark. Mooie midgetgolf banen, tennis baan, en ook het strand en speelweide is mooi aangelegd! Wat voor ons minpunten waren; De ruwe stenen muurtjes in het zwembad! Het zijn echt gevaarlijke muurtjes waar de kinderen zich aan open halen. Het stenenpad rondom het zwembad doet erg zeer aan de voeten. Het zwembad/grasveld is ook voor dagbezoekers toegankelijk, er zaten veel mensen met muziekboxen en dat vonden wij persoonlijk niet heel relaxt. Het winkeltje stelt helaas niets voor. Erg weinig te krijgen, ook het broodjes assortiment was nagenoeg niks waardoor je al gauw buiten het park boodschappen moet doen. Maar wat toch wel het meest teleurstellend was was het bereik/wifi. Er is geen wifi op het park. Hooguit alleen bij de receptie. Maar ook dan is het zoeken naar bereik. Zelfs het personeel was soms zoekende naar bereik met het pinapparaat. Niet dat de vakantie daarvan afhankelijk is. Maar om leuke uitstapjes te zoeken, of de web app van het park zelf te kunnen bekijken dat is dan niet mogelijk. Er werd ons verteld dat er maar 1 mast is voor heel Bocholt. Ook vonden wij dat er wel erg veel vaste plaatsen/woonwagens zijn. Je voelt je haast te gast als kampeerder, en kom je op heel veel plekken niet op het park. Kampeerplaatsen zijn erg in de minderheid. De omgeving is niet heel mooi. Het park ligt niet in een natuur gebied.
