Mountain Lodge
Resort Mooi BemelenWe found the stay in the mountain lodge very pleasant. Even with the beautiful weather, the presence of a nice pool was very welcome. Many beautiful bike rides made. Bus stop in front of the gate to take the bus to the center of Valkenburg. Nice not to have a bike with you to stroll through the town and do eea.

Het verblijf in de berglodge hebben we als zeer prettig ervaren. Ook met het mooie weer was de aanwezigheid van een mooi zwembad zeer welkom. Veel mooie fietstochten gemaakt. Bushalte voor de poort om met busje naar het centrum van Valkenburg te gaan. Fijn om daar geen fiets bij je te hebben om door het stadje te struinen en eea te doen.

GulperbergWe were here for the 3rd time, it was great again. There were 2 very nice young ladies at reception and check-in was very quick. The pitch, an XL pitch, was great. The restaurant was also very good. These were 2 great days. We will be back.

Wir waren hier zum 3. Mal, es war wieder super. In der Rezeption waren 2 sehr nette junge Damen, das Einchecken ging sehr schnell. Der Platz, ein XL- Platz, toll. Das Restaurant ebenfalls sehr gut. Das waren 2 tolle Tage. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Holiday Park De Lochemse BergReception reception friendly in a messy room that serves as storage and reception. Upon arrival at cottage first but cleaned everything. Most baseboards and heating and shelves in cabinets was covered with dust. Floor was clean but everything above it had not been cleaned for quite some time. Many dead mosquitoes stuck against the (washable) wallpaper. Also sewer smell in wet room. After properly flushing all drains the smell was gone. Probably this cottage had been empty for quite some time with everything closed off. Cleaned and aired everything ourselves first. Due to circumstances we went home earlier. Emergency number of the park turns out to be a voicemail! For us this was our first and last time here. Lochem is a nice place though and surroundings are beautiful. Hence we did some cleaning ourselves.

Ontvangst bij receptie vriendelijk in een rommelige ruimte die dienst doet als opslag en receptie. Bij aankomst in het huisje eerst alles maar schoon gemaakt. Meeste plinten en verwarming en legboorden in kasten was bedekt met stof. Vloer was schoon maar alles wat daarboven zit was geruime tijd niet schoongemaakt. Veel doodgeslagen muggen tegen het (afwasbaar) behang geplakt. Tevens rioollucht in natte ruimte. Na goed alle afvoeren doorspoelen was de lucht weg. Waarschijnlijk had dit huisje een geruime tijd leeg en met alles afgesloten gestaan. Alles zelf maar eerst schoongemaakt en gelucht. Door omstandigheden zijn we eerder naar huis gegaan. Noodnummer van het park blijkt een voicemail te zijn! Voor ons was dit eerste en laatste keer hier. Lochem is wel een mooie plaats en omgeving is mooi. Vandaar dat we zelf maar wat schoonmaak gedaan hebben.
