Camping Seasonova Les Portes d'AlsaceVery nice contact by phone. Reception supposedly always manned. No one on site on arrival. Booking in with QR code. Repeatedly did not work. Despite helplessness in front of the entrance and knocking on the reception desk, no response. Several times someone scurried past us without asking. We were only reluctantly helped when we were pushed hard. That it didn't work out was supposed to be our fault. After choosing a pitch, the same person came back and told us in an unfriendly manner that we couldn't stand here like this. Pitch actually clean and well maintained, Sanitary facilities clean (WC but without toilet seat) Not all the staff are unfriendly, Only one female employee.

Telefonisch sehr netter Kontakt. Rezeption angeblich ständig besetzt. Bei Ankunft niemand vor Ort. Einbuchen mit QR code. Klappte wiederholt nicht. Trotz Hilflosigkeit vor dem Einlass und klopfen an der Rezeption keine Reaktion. Mehrmals huschte jemand an uns vorbei ohne nachzufragen. Erst auf wehementem drängen würde uns widerwillig geholfen. Das es nicht klappt soll unser verschulden sein. Nach der Platz Wahl kam genau diese Person wieder und wies uns unfreundlich zurecht, dass wir hier und so so nicht stehen können. Platz eigentlich sauber und gepflegt, Sanitäranlagen sauber(WC jedoch ohne klobrille) Nicht das ganze Personal ist unfreundlich, Nur eine weibliche Angestellte.

Je recommande vivement ce camping, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par les nouveaux propriétaires. Le mobil-home dans lequel nous avons séjourné est récent et très bien entretenu. Le camping est agréable, boisé et calme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Camping KrkThe pitches by the water are incredibly expensive and yet small. We had neighbors there with visitors from other pitches. Understandable, but then it gets noisy. So it's better to stay in the third or fourth row. The pitches are bigger there and possibly the neighborhood with friends by the water...

Die Stellplätze am Wasser sind ungeheuer teuer und dennoch klein. Wir hatten dort Nachbarn mit Besuch von anderen Stellplätzen. Verständlich, aber dann wird es halt laut. Also besser in die dritte, oder vierte Reihe. Dort sind die Plätze größer und möglicherweise die Nachbarschaft bei Freunden am Wasser…

Camping BraunlageA beautiful campsite, located just outside Braunlage, Braunlage can be easily reached on foot or by car, there are also plenty of opportunities for shopping (clothes or food). The owners are very nice and helpful. The bread rolls are delivered directly to the pitch (really great). The sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained. We had two wonderful days there and will definitely look forward to seeing you again. Thank you for the effort and the wonderful time we had there.

Ein wunderschöner Campingplatz, liegt etwas außerhalb von Braunlage, Braunlage kann man sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichen , dort gibt es dann auch ausreichend Möglichkeiten für einen Einkauf ( Kleidung oder Lebensmittel). Die Besitzer sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Brötchen werden direkt zum Stellplatz geliefert ( richtig Klasse ) . Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Tage dort und werden ganz bestimmt auf ein Wiedersehen freuen. Danke für die Mühe und die schöne Zeit die wir dort hatten.
