Camping with good facilities, bus stop right in front ideal for exploring San Marino.

Spent 3 days in October so end of season and it was very good an absolute calm what was very pleasant was in mobile home so everything was perfect there are tents marabouts sites for campers.there's something for every taste and price on site there's a swimming pool, a children's play area and even a mini farm, you can also rent a bike and there's an exit direction on the path along the watercourse to go to mont saint Michel which is 7 km away by bike or on foot and also by car but arrival on site parking mont saint Michel varies according to your time between 16€ / 25 €.

The park itself is beautifully situated. Quite large but at our time in October now little occupied. Unfortunately, construction work is still going on which leads to construction noise. Many large construction vehicles drive through the area, sometimes in the morning and at noon, which makes it hard to relax. What a pity. We've been here since Monday and the swimming pool is unfortunately not open until today (Friday). On Monday we were told that they hoped it would open on Tuesday...then "maybe tomorrow". There was no animation at all this week. Our bungalow was clean on arrival, a little more crockery and clean cutlery would have been nice. Well located as a starting point for many excursions. Unfortunately, one point deducted due to the lack of bathroom and the bathroom not being open, as these would have been exclusion criteria when booking. There is nothing directly about this on the website.

We rated the campsite as a family and stayed there for 10 days. We had a lovely caravan pitch. The view diagonally across the Verse Sea was fantastic. Pitch/infrastructure: The water connections (comfort pitch) were easily accessible - the others not so much. The current regulations (caravans parallel to the central driveway) were a challenge for us, as we don't have a mover and our pitch was significantly smaller than others along the way. Unfortunately, there were also no helping hands at the time of our arrival. Other campers didn't follow the rules either and stood in the way. Order and traffic: There were also dogs to be found (off-leash) in areas that were supposed to be dog-free. Attention with children: The cars predominantly drive at increased speed and much faster than 15km/h. (This may be due to the fact that the campsite is spacious and there is only one exit to the north). Hygiene/sanitary facilities: The nearest wash house was the one at the outdoor pool and a little further away another one situated by a wooded area (approx 10 min walk). However, there was a possibility to go to the toilet nearby - but nothing more. In all three wash areas there were no low washbasins or family shower areas for children, so that independent camping life can be made possible/encouraged. It was not possible to set the water temperature in the shower areas of any of the wash houses. In the low season (even when the campsite is well attended) the capacities are halved...that was a bit annoying in the morning. The brightness in the mirror area of all the wash houses also leaves a lot to be desired! Our pitch, as well as the adjacent pitches, often had a cloacal smell in the south/west wind. Something is not right. Areas for smaller children: The outdoor pool area is nicely laid out, especially for small children. (How about an awning to provide shade over the water surface of the paddling pool?) The indoor climbing area is small, but it's nice that it exists - I'd like it to be bigger...in bad weather, more than 5 children including parents come. Conclusion and rating: The campsite is actually in a great location. But the distances to the wash houses are really long and the sanitary facilities there remind me of the 90s. The area by the outdoor pool was particularly unhealthy. Red mold on the shower cubicle walls and black mold on the floor. We took our children to the building further away - you can do better with little investment. But it's really unfriendly for families and children. We hope that they will finally invest properly and not just make the walls nicer. Incidentally, the wash house at the outdoor pool doesn't have any soap for after using the toilet. What kind of time are we living in? 😉 I don't want to rule out whether we'll come back after the 3rd year, but under the circumstances it's not really suitable for families with small children (1-6 years). We hope for a quick improvement. Best regards

A very nice place right on the lake.

The park has an incredibly beautiful location and once it gets dark it is fairy-tale lit. The cottages are fully equipped and the sauna is wonderful. But also the restaurant and pool are great partly due to the incredibly friendly people who work there! Really a very special and nice environment to go to!

Very good experience in this campsite

Neat luxury farmhouse booked very spacious for 9 people. Neat clean bathroom toilet. Luxury kitchen with all the convenience, spacious garden . minus point in our house small TV .and actually worthless coffee maker. Park is nice and spacious and looks neat and tidy

The setting is peaceful on the riverbank, but the reality is rather different from what a typical visitor might expect from a “holiday park.” A large part of this site is currently used for long-term housing by people displaced from Ukraine. That completely changes the atmosphere — it feels more like a residential settlement than a leisure destination. For holidaymakers hoping for a quiet Dutch countryside break, it is worth knowing that this area is lively, crowded at times, and filled with activity and different languages around the houses. The location near the water brings some inevitable challenges: mosquitoes in summer, flies throughout the warmer months, and ducks wandering between the cottages. Because the ducks have grown used to being fed by residents, they tend to linger by doors and windows, which makes keeping outdoor areas clean rather difficult. Ventilation is another issue guests should understand before booking. These metal-built cottages must be constantly aired to prevent condensation, and if you don’t ventilate properly, the interiors can become damp and risk mould. In winter, however, that means cold nights — you’ll likely sleep with windows open while the temperature outside drops near freezing. It’s simply the way these units are designed, and it can be uncomfortable. In spring, the nearby river sometimes rises and parts of the terrain can become soggy after rain, which seems quite normal for this location but still worth knowing in advance. The management itself appears focused mainly on the long-term residents rather than short-stay guests. I would not say they are unfriendly, but they are quite formal and procedural. The property overall is kept reasonably tidy, yet the atmosphere feels more administrative than hospitable. In short — a scenic place by the river, but not a traditional holiday park anymore. Those seeking a genuine Dutch holiday experience might wish to explore alternatives, while anyone who simply needs practical accommodation will probably find it acceptable.

Top campsite for young and old. Swimming pool gets a 3 In summer a place with many possibilities. Now in the fall the lake and the SUP were no longer usable. If you are traveling in the fall... Note that the place is planted with walnut and chestnut trees.

What a fantastic island. Neat campground. Places with plenty of shade. Not busy now, October. Neat plumbing and very clean reception. Bread service available.
