Slow Village Provence OccitanePros: great activities for big kids, convenient restaurants and friendly staff, app with lots of info. Clean, new bungalows The minuses: VERY steep slope, so it's a real struggle to get around with small children, no activities or babysitting for younger children, limited reception opening hours, but above all... almost daily power cuts that forced me to throw away a lot of food, spend evenings by candlelight with 3 children and have no air-conditioning (for 4h to 12h depending on power cuts) by 36- with an infant and 2 children under 4. No communication from the staff, no apologies other than "it's not our fault, it's EDF". At checkout, the person told me to make a claim to obtain a partial refund, but 1 month later, following my e-mail, the management repeated that it was not their responsibility and offered me -15% on my next reservation! I'd had a 30% discount on this internet offer, so 15% is ridiculous. But clearly I'll never come back after this and it's this service that didn't live up to the advertised offer. When you sell a top-of-the-range campsite with air-conditioning and electricity (normal), if the promise isn't kept, you compensate the customer who didn't receive the advertised and expected services. Clearly, management doesn't live up to the image Slow Village wants to project.

Les +: super activités pour les grands enfants, restaurants pratique et personnels sympa, appli avec pas mal d’infos. Bungalows propres et neufs Les -: TRES escarpé donc le branle-bas de combat pour bouger avec des enfants en bas âges, pas d’activités ou les enfants sont gardés pour les plus jeunes, horaires d’ouverture de l’accueil restreints, mais surtout… coupures d’électricité presque quotidiennes qui m’ont forcé à jeter beaucoup de nourriture, passer des soirées a la bougies avec 3 enfants et ne pas avoir de clim (pendant 4h a 12h selon les coupures) par 36• avec un nourrisson et 2 enfants de moins de 4ans. Aucune communication de la part du personnel, aucune excuse hormis « ce n’est pas de notre faute c’est EDF ». Lors du checkout, la personne m’a dit de faire une réclamation pour obtenir un remboursement partiel, mais 1mois plus tard, suite a mon mail, la direction répète que ce n’est pas de sa responsabilité et m’offre -15% sur ma prochaine resa ! J’avais eu -30% sur cette resa en offre internet donc 15%, c’est ridicule. Mais clairement je ne reviendrai jamais suite a cela et c’est cette prestation qui n’a pas rempli l’offre annoncée. Lorsqu’on vend du camping haut de gamme avec des prestations de clim et de l’électricité (normal), si la promesse n’est pas tenu on dédommage le client qui n’a pas recu les prestations annoncées et attendue. Clairement la direction n’est pas a la hauteur de l’image que veut se donner Slow Village

Bi VillageBeautiful campsite right by the sea. Sanitary buildings are very clean and comfortable. Supermarket is well stocked. The restaurants offer good food and very friendly staff. Reception helpful and friendly. The special ramps for access to the sea are great for people with disabilities, but they should be cleared of algae from time to time as they are very slippery, perhaps a second ramp would be useful. Otherwise a lovely place, we will definitely be back.

Schöner Campingplatz direkt am Meer. Sanitärgebäude sind sehr sauber und komfortabel. Supermarkt ist gut bestückt. Die Restaurants bieten gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Rezeption hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die spezielle Rampen für den Zugang zum Meer ist prima für Menschen mit Handicap, allerdings sollte diese von Zeit zu Zeit doch bitte mal von den Algen befreit werden, da sie doch sehr glatt ist, eventuell wäre eine zweite Rampe sinnvoll. Ansonsten aber ein schöner Platz wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Vakantiepark LeukermeerWe rented a chalet and everything was excellent. The reservation, confirmation, payment, stay and finally departure. We will be staying at Leukermeer again from 19 - 22 September 2025. We rented three chalets in connection with our 45th wedding anniversary.

Wij hebben een chalet gehuurd en alles was uitmuntend geregeld. De reservering, bevestiging, de betaling, het verblijf en uiteindelijk het vertrek. Wij verblijven van 19 - 22 september 2025 wederom op Leukermeer. Wij hebben drie chalets gehuurd in verband met ons 45 jarig huwelijk.

Holiday park WitterzomerThe family home is dated but nicely maintained and fully furnished. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery and other kitchen stuff. All rooms are not luxurious but clean and in very good condition. Child friendly by stair gates at the top of the stairs and 1 bedroom has extra a dresser and crib. Close to the house is the pool and several playgrounds but no open water like streams or the like. Nice house to stay in with a large family.

Het familiehuis is gedateerd maar netjes onderhouden en compleet ingericht. Keuken is goed voorzien van servies, bestek en andere keukenspul. Alle vertrekken zijn niet luxe maar wel schoon en in zeer goede staat. Kindvriendelijk door traphekjes boven aan de trap en 1 slaapkamers heeft extra een commode en ledikant. Dichtbij het huis is het zwembad en meerdere speeltuinen maar geen open water zoals beekjes of dergelijke. Leuk huis om met een grote familie in te verblijven.

Los bungalows no tienen paredes, es de tela, la piscina de césped... No sé porqué se llama así si solo hay tierra, la hora de entrada de vergüenza... A las 16 de la tarde, y tienes que salir a las 11 de la mañana, les dijimos que si podiamos entrar a meter la comida en el frigorífico y nos dijeron que no, con el calor que hacía y la comida en el maletero hasta las 16 de la tarde... Sigo sin comprender que hacen en ese margen entre que unos dejan el bungalow y entran los siguientes, ya que los que salen tienen q quitar las sábanas y toallas y dejarlas en el porche, fregar el baño, la cocina y el salón, tirar la basura, entonces hasta las 16 de la tarde que entran los siguientes que hacen en el bungalow? Limpiar no desde luego, y poner sábanas limpias tampoco porque las dejan encima del cubre colchón. 5 horas para llevarse las sábanas, revisar y dejar unas limpias? Absurdo...
