Pitches on the tourist field are very small, caravan of 6.20 including pole really just fits while 8 meters is said on website. No other particularities, an ordinary mediocre campsite. Wifi is downright bad but they are working on a new mast they say, but it costs €17.50 for 2 weeks. UPDATE: nice to hear that spots are getting bigger, hopefully also something about WIFI and about the black grains in the water on the first camping field. Then we will definitely come back again. Surroundings are really beautiful!

Quiet and well cared for park with nice houses nicely decorated. Good beds and nice showers. Restaurant gets a 10 from us for the service and dishes.

Hello We have stayed at this campsite 3 times, either in a tent or in a chalet. The first 2 were normal even if we found the chalet a little lacking in cleanliness 4 years ago. However, last December, the chalet we rented was far from perfect, and the associated services were not up to standard: . Leaking toilet . Leaky shower . . Unstable chairs due to worn legs and missing screws . . Bikes rented with non-compliant lights that didn't work on our 4 bikes. This campsite no longer seems to maintain its minimum level of comfort for its customers. We also clearly sensed an atmosphere of managerial pressure on the staff, which had a major impact on their mood in front of customers. We saw this for ourselves and for other customers. The manager also seemed far from welcoming on first contact, and in the end blamed us for cracking a wood-burning stove window, even though we hadn't caused any damage. We had been honest from the start, however, declaring this fact as soon as it was discovered and sincerely demonstrating that it could not have been our fault. The customer service department remained in the same position, exchanging messages with us without being able to call them directly. All this corresponds to real facts, not exaggerated and expressed in all frankness. We will certainly not be staying there again, despite our regular visits to Strasbourg.

When we called to make reservations they said it cost 24.50 per night. When we arrived we had to pay 27.50 per night +7 E for electricity. All the lights were off at night. Water was shut off, so couldn't refill the water tank or flush the toilet tank. Called at 5:30 to ask where we could refill water but were told a tape that we could send a message to an email address First and last time we have been there

I have been 2 times the first time very well, the 2nd time I did not like anything, quite expensive, dirty plots, I did not like the organization, poor supermarket and always closed and quite expensive... seeing the response of the campsite and its despotism, I buy you the pinacha, and the toilets? Lack of cleanliness I would say, x certainly there was no bread I had to take the car and go to the colorao and that there were 4 cats in the campsite, in the end you are giving the reputation of Tula, Decided to give it a 3 chance to encourage local business, once again leave much to be desired customer service, in particular a girl, we looked at a bungalow for 5, my wife, my son of 11, 4 and 2, we call and that the web did not give me option, tells us that there is one of 74 euros, which was the one we were looking at, but tells us that x regulations can not get 5 people in that bungalow that would have to be one more that is premium that are 84 but apart I have to pay the two year old child... Beautifully situated place, the only thing to criticize is that the access road would have to be repaired properly in such a busy leisure area.

Beautiful park, in the middle of the trees. Indoor pool, bowling alley, go-kart track, restaurant, charging stations etc etc etc
