Beautiful campsite, but once and never again. Lots of families with young children. Our pitch had a lot of shade. Down in the field many sunny spots. Pool on hot days murky and crowded. What was very disappointing to us was the often loud music that could be heard over the campsite until late. Monday night live music, circus. Unexpected concert on Friday night, Saturday a disco somewhere nearby, entertainment for children with loud music and staff still busy with each other until late. Not exactly a campsite for those looking for peace and quiet. If you like this a fine campsite with sufficient facilities. For us not worth repeating

Very pleasant campsite, quiet, with trees. The mobile homes are not one on top of the other. Plenty of space. Very comfortable, well-appointed mobile home. Very welcoming and caring staff. Fun play areas. Pool a little small.

Very nice contact. Small but very cozy campsite. We liked it very much, sanitary facilities were clean. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately there were sometimes small fluctuations in electricity, otherwise everything was fine 👍

Unieke verblijfsplek, goede ligging, geweldig uitzicht, gratis parkeermogelijkheid. Niet alles verliep vlekkeloos, maar bij sleutelproblemen werden we goed geholpen door iemand ter plekke en per telefoon. Ook goede reactie nadat we liftprobleem hadden gehad: zorgvuldig en attent dat we hierover gebeld werden.

The campsite's location is super bucolic and also convenient for travelling around the area. Really cool, well done!

A top vacation! The kids had a great time! Even our middle one (mentally challenged) had the time of his life. The plumbing is tip top in order! The only downer of the 2wk vacation was that our oldest forgot his cap of jumbo fishma ;-)

Top location, beautiful cottages. Please note that some cottages do not have air conditioning. So book that in if it is above 24 degrees.

Beautiful setting. The campsite is large, airy and offers a wide range of services. The lodge tents are worth trying out, as they are close to the lake and the location is truly magnificent. We regret our choice of mobile home. We were surprised to find that there was no inventory of fixtures when we arrived in the accommodation. We found it dirty, unkempt and stained from walls to ceiling, which is a shame. The water in the shower was also a problem, either freezing cold or scalding hot. Bedding smelled bad. Also a pity: the size of the pool for the number of accommodations and campers, pool not maintained and not heated as listed on the website. We would like to thank the gentleman who agreed to give us an "inventory" of fixtures very early in the morning to enable us to leave quickly on Saturday morning, as well as returning my deposit cheque instead of destroying it later as is usually the case here. Very good welcome from the staff, thank you all.

Could be a nice campsite, but... We had the pleasure of having to remove our belongings so that the lady could mow WITHOUT RAKING, even though we were staying 1 night. What's more, the fresh grass was sticking to our feet, and every time we went back into the rental, but some of the campers seemed to be happy because the campsite was FINALLY MOWED! Opening hours not respected: 2 p.m. on the site, finally poster written on stabilo, opening at 4.30 p.m. We thought we'd be sheltered from the rain as we were cycling the Loire with our family, but we had to wait in the rain for the campsite to open... The sanitary facilities are extremely poorly maintained, and the pool's peliduve was frightening given its condition (grass clippings, dead insects, brown water). We agree with the last reviews that are not favorable on the campsite, if you can go further to another campsite! It's a pity because Briare is a nice little town.
