MaasduinenWe stayed 4 nights in Tiny House 4 as a couple with 1 large dog. Cozy cottage equipped with every convenience. We used the pellet stove every day. We were running low on pellets, we went to report it to the front desk and the same evening (when we returned from our walk) there was a new bag in the cottage and the pellets in the stove had been replenished! How nice! Very quiet and beautiful resort, we would have loved to stay a little longer. What could have been better for us? - The combination microwave was at a height of 1m70 which is awkward. Fortunately my husband could put the (heavy) microwave on the kitchen top and it stayed there for our whole stay. Otherwise, I needed a chair to heat up food in the microwave. - There was a lot of dust on the stores at the windows and on the lamps and the carpet had not been vacuumed

Wij verbleven 4 nachten in Tiny House 4 als koppel met 1 grote hond. Knus huisje dat van alle gemak voorzien is. De pelletkachel gebruikten we elke dag. De pellets waren bijna op, we gingen het melden aan de receptie en diezelfde avond (bij terugkomst van onze wandeling) stond een nieuwe zak in het huisje en waren de pellets in de kachel aangevuld! Wat fijn! Heel rustig en mooi vakantiepark, we hadden graag nog wat langer gebleven. Wat kon voor ons beter? - de combimagnetron stond op een hoogte van 1m70 en dat is onhandig. Gelukkig kon mijn man de (zware) magnetron op het keukenblad zetten en die is daar ook ons hele verblijf blijven staan. Anders had ik een stoel nodig om eten op te warmen in de magnetron. - er zat veel stof op de stores aan de ramen en op de lampen en het tapijt was niet gestofzuigd

De Thijmse Berg is een mooi park met diverse faciliteiten. Het geheel ziet er verzorgd uit en ook de receptie is mooi. De omgeving heeft veel mogelijkheden om te wandelen en te recreëren. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam als er vragen of problemen zijn.

Het Amsterdamse BosWe stayed there for a few nights at the beginning of October - a really nice place. It was easy to arrive even after opening hours with the help of a key box. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The sanitary buildings were clean and in good working order. The public transport connections are good. We would have given it 5 stars, but there was one downside - the airport is in the immediate vicinity. This means that airplanes fly over the site at regular intervals. These are not very loud but are clearly audible even in a closed vehicle. Would we come again? Yes :-)

Wir waren Anfang Oktober für ein paar Nächte vor Ort - ein wirklich schöner Platz. Die Anreise war auch nach den Öffnungszeiten mit Hilfe eines Schlüsselkasten unkompliziert möglich. Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Sanitärgebäude waren sauber und funktionstüchtig. Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel sind gut. Wir hätten auch 5 Sterne gegeben, allerdings gab es einen Wermutstropfen - der Flughafen ist in direkter Umgebung. Dadurch fliegen in regelmäßigen Abständen Flugzeuge über den Platz. Diese sind nicht sehr laut aber auch im geschlossenen Fahrzeug deutlich hörbar. Würden wir wiederkommen? Ja :-)

Camping Le Coin TranquilleWe had intended this campsite as a place to pass through. But then we discovered the restaurant and simply had to stay another night. The food on offer is wonderful and attracts visitors from further afield. We were there at the end of September and there is inevitably a lot of space on a campsite - but the restaurant was always full.

Dieser Campingplatz war von uns als Durchreiseplatz gedacht. Aber dann haben wir das Restaurant entdeckt und mußten einfach noch eine Nacht dranhängen. Dieses Speisenangebot ist wunderbar und lockt Besucher aus der weiteren Umgebung an. Wir waren Ende September da und da ist zwangsläufig viel Raum auf einem Campingplatz - aber das Restaurant war immer voll.
